Flowers that bring joy to all
So to see others smile you give them freely
Rose, marigolds, lilies, sunflowers

Though the more you give the less you smile
The less you have the darker you feel
Though you keep giving them out to others

You have only a few flowers
so small and weak
But you still hand them out for others smiles

You clutch your last flower as tears well up
But your friend is scared and alone
You wonder what will happen if you let your flower go

You walk over and hand it to them
They smile and you do to
But then...It’s gone

you’re gone

But does it matter if you are

as long as others are happy?
