“So, found what you need?” Her mother joined her at the table.

“Yeah,” Sage replied.

“Don’t forget, we need to get a pony before you can buy tack. Otherwise we could be stuck with gear that won’t fit the pony.” Her mother reminded her.

“I know,” Sage said, rolling her eyes.

“Tomorrow we’ll go to one of the local stables and take a look at ponies.” Her mother said as she got up and walked out of the room.
