As they approached, the blond girl smiled and introduced herself. “Hi, I’m Alice and this is my pony Aang.”

“I’m Sara and this is Bramble.” The other girl chimed in.

“Hi, I’m Sage.” Sage replied.

“We’re your neighbors,” Alice explained. “I live next door and Sarah lives on the other side of me. She keeps her pony at my place.”

“You should come ride with us!” Sarah said.

“I want to but…” Sage said hesitantly. “I don’t have a pony yet. I’m going to look at some tomorrow though.”

“Then we’ll be back tomorrow to meet your new pony.” Alice told her. “I can’t wait to show you around! Ravenrock is really cool.”

“Thanks,” Sage said. “See you then.”

Alice and Sarah turned their ponies around and rode down the driveway. Sage watched them go, wishing she could tag along. She reminded herself that after tomorrow she would have a pony of her own. Sage did have one huge worry though. What if she didn’t get along with any of the ponies?
