Physical appearance: The tsuchinoko is a mythical snake said to be about between 12 and 31 inches or between 1 and 3 feet. It is said to have a stomach bigger than it’s tail or it’s head. Making it’s middle seem out of proportion.

Abilities: They are said to be able to jump 3 feet in the air, They are poisonous, some are said to have the ability to speak and often tell lies. A more peculiar ability is the ability to bite their own tail becoming a wheel as a quick way to travel.

Movement: they either slither like that of a regular snake or roll around as a wheel.
