Physical appearance: Chimera’s bodies mostly resemble that of a lion, with a goat, head acting as a second one and the upper body of a snake acting as the tail and third head. Classical chimeras are shown to have a lions mane. While more modern ones sometimes don’t have manes. Modern chimeras may also occasionally be depicted as having wings and scales.

Abilities: Fire-breath, durability, swift-footed(Not to be confused with super speed), as well as flight in the winged variants.

Movement: traditional chimeras are earthbound and move like that of a lion, some modern ones also do the same just with the added benefit of flight.

Human interactions: Chimeras are known to have violent encounters with humans the original and most well-known chimera brought devastation to several cities.

Behavior: Not much is known about chimera behavior outside of causing destruction. Some modern stories depict them living in packs.

Fun fact: originally there was only one chimera a female often depicted with a lions mane and chimera was its name not it’s species.
