Physical appearance: The ball tailed cat is exactly as it’s named it’s a cat with a ball at the end of its tail. All joking aside they are usually shown with a long tail that has a ball at the tip.
Abilities: For the most part they act like any other feline. The main difference lies in their tail which can be used as a weapon or a tool.
Movement: The ball tailed cat is known for its exceptional skill at climbing trees. As it climbs it’s tails hits the branches making loud thudding noises across the forest.
Human interaction: the ball tailed cat is known to live in trees where it often hides waiting to strike its prey with its long tail. Often this prey is said to be lumberjacks who attempt to cut down their trees. They are said to also bang their tails against trees giving origin to the strange sounds lumberjacks would often hear.
Behavior: The ball tailed cat is a predatory animal that stalks their prey from trees, either by using its tail to hit those on the ground or by hunting other tree-dwelling creatures. It is said that these creatures would bang the ball of their tail against their chest in an attempt to attract a mate.
Fun fact: The dingmaul or also called the plinkus is very similar to the ball tailed cat the biggest difference being in size and that their ball is spiked.
