Mark pretty much learned to juggle between the double lives he has. In the daytime he is the proper son who tries his best not to fail at school, at night he works as a tattoo artist at the underground district.

"If I'm not wrong in two weeks you start high school don’t ya?" Alice asked looking at Mark as he kept drawing in his black sketchbook.

"Yes"

he answered without even lifting his eyes from the sketchbook. Alice smirked while thinking to himself, this brat if he keeps that cold indifferent attitude of his at school would he even be able to have some friends?

Even the thought of going back to school cause a great amount of grief to appear in Mark's cold heart.

Mark as years went by, studied the art of tattooing alongside the art of the underground people, being indifferent and cold towards everything, not showing his emotions, he doesn't talk unless he has to, and even then he keeps his communication with others to the bare minimum.

He walks around with his earphones on keeping his eyes down all the time, avoiding unnecessary attention wearing plain-looking clothes usually in the color black, trying his best to mask his beautiful face and mesmerizing clear pastel light green big eyes he grow his light brown wavy hair to the length of the tip of his ears like a barrier from other's prying eyes.

"And how is it going with your mom?" Alice asked cautiously.

It is no surprise that Mrs. Parker wanted him to go to that expensive private school but Mr. Parker's wage couldn’t support that, and so she had no other choice but to compromise on that public school that as slightly above the average school program.

The boy didn't even bother to answer back thinking the answer is too obvious to spare his energy on verbalizing it.

Mark at the time couldn’t imagine what the future holds for him, all he could see was a clear vision of the next three years in the prison call school, but trust me the future has much of a greater plan for him, and you will be the judge for the nature of that plan.
