Chapter 00: プロローグ
"Hwaaa, what a beautiful beach..."
I exclaimed as to how beautiful the sun was as I saw it from the azure, its warmth was hitting my skin in all the right places.
The breeze was soothing the fresh air was relaxing; however it had a scent of salt as well, but, then what would you expect I was standing in the sandy beach, and beside it was the open sea.
I haven’t been to the beach for quite some time now. How long was it since my vacation in a beach? And from the looks of it this was not some beach anyone would be able to visit, it was a luxurious beach. The sand, white and refined even without removing my leather shoes, I could still feel the fine sand.
I could get used to this place...
...Only
The question was?
What am I doing in here?
How did I get here?
For some reason unknown to me I can't really remember my name or the reason why I was here or even how I got here.
As someone who has watched a few genre of movies and television shows, this all seem like a cliché on some overrated telenovelas. But, I might have acquired amnesia.
Ok let’s test the extent of my memory...
I know I have a father, a mother and two sisters, a nephew currently living together with us in a small house and we also are living with eight dogs who act as guards outside the house.
I am currently working as a public school teacher, teaching Social Studies, my hobbies include watching anime, reading manga and light novels, and playing video games.
I hail from a certain small country in the southeast in a planet called… single since birth, little social life and an almost non-existent love life.
“...”
Okay from here I know that amnesia was slightly off.
…Or at least partially…
I mean, I seem to have recollection of my life, but for some reason I can't remember important NAMES, like the names of my parents and siblings, my nephew or the dogs or the small town I am currently residing, the name of the country I am living and of course my own name...
I once read that amnesia can happen partially. It seems to be called ‘Partial Amnesia’, as it happens some fragments of the memory is unremembered, while most are intact or so at least that is how I interpreted it from the internet article I once read.
“hmmmm...” I tried to focus on my memory to try and remember as much as possible, but the pain that followed was excruciating that I decide to stop then and there.
“Okay let’s stop thinking about the amnesia matter here. “ I consoled myself, for one, the amnesia part is partially solvable since according to what I have read, partial amnesia heals overtime... I should remember some of them given some time.
Now to the more pressing matter...
Why was I at a beautiful white sandy beach, watching the blue sky?
