As she opens the door to the cafe room, we saw Toma being pinned against the wall by one of our friends, in the middle the Mel women is freaking out as my other friend tries to calm her. Lastly, we turned to the left to see Trish, the big girl having Allyson in a choke-hold while the other one is trying to take off the jacket. Ally starts to cry out to Toma who punches our friend with the glasses and tries to get out of the hold.
I ran over to help wondering what went wrong when both of us went to the arcade. “Come on guys, cut it out!” I yelled while holding the guy with the glasses back, it seems to calm the them down a bit. “Man, do I always have to babysit you guys each time we out or what.” I complained as they laughed in relief.
“AHHHH!”
The guys turned to see Tamara grabbing Trish’s arm and twisting it behind her back. Then she slams her into the wall while Ally kicks the other one away while gasping for air.
“Trying to take my jacket from my friend is one thing but seeing your Buddha size arm around her neck is just asking for it,” Tamara said in a serious tone. Allyson tries to speak to stop her but all that was coming out was coughing and gasping which seem to pissed Tamara off even more. Tamara then kicks behind Trish’s leg making her kneel in pain. Allyson looks at me and Toma for help.
“Did you hear her!? Yelled Tamara in Trish’s ear, “What about I put YOU in a choke-hold and see how you’ll like it!
“Help…me please,” Trish asked with her voice shaking.
I put my hands-on Tamara’s shoulders, “Let go, it’s okay. Allyson is trying to get your attention.”
Tamara side-eyed Allyson whose pained face cause Tamara to slam Trish against the wall again. Knowing she won’t calm down, I picked her up from behind. “Okay, I think it’s best that we split up,” I turned to Toma and Ally, “You two are coming with me and the rest can stay here.”
“Wait, we’re going too,” said Mel grabbing her things.
“Mel, should you see if Trish is okay!?” asked the wig woman.
“No, you bitches were giving me a panic attack during that stunt you pulled,” snapped Mel, “Some friends you are, you two know I hate middle school crap like that.” She turns to our friend, “This wonderful man helped me calm down and I’ll like to give him my full attention.”
“MEL!” shouted the wig woman as the rest of the group left with Mel.
As the group made it outside of the café, Mel turned to Allyson. “I’m so sorry for what happened back there,” she said, “I thought they would’ve stop when we started singing, it tends to put them in a good mood.”
“It’s alright,” answered Allyson, “I know you didn’t mean any harm when we first meet.”
“Thank you, but I think I want to spend the rest of the night with my babe,” she looked at her date who blush harshly, “Aww you’re blushing, so cute.”
Mel then looks at Tamara and me, “At first I thought your friends were cute when you two bragged about how happy they were to see each other.”
I turned to her, “I do remember you saying something like that.”
“But you two,” as she looks up and down at us, “Yummmm.” She takes her date by the arm and leaves.
“Why can’t people just say what they mean!?” I thought to myself and heard some small laughs from Allyson and Toma. “What!?”
Ally walks past him smiling to get in view of Tamara who was in front. “Now I never seen that face before Tammy, it’s very adorable.”
Toma hits me on my back and winks at me, “I always knew you were superman and it seemed to calm her down.”
My eyes widen when I notice I was still holding Tamara, “Oh!”
“Oh? You forgot you were holding her, ha ha,” teased Toma.
I gave him a glare as I gently put her down, she just stood there with her head down.
“So Toma, earlier you were saying something about a aquarium with a bar,” said Ally as she waved off me as I was trying to speak to Tamara.
"Yeah and it has a great bar that is surrounded by an Aquarium," answered Toma pointing down the street from us.
“Sounds cool,” Tamara said In a low voice.
“I know right, Let’s go,” Ally happily said as she pushes Tamara forward ahead of the us.
“What’s going on? I asked Toma while nodding my head to the girls.
“Ally turn right here,” said Toma and he shrugs at me, “I don’t know, girl talk?”
“Kay,” as she turns Tamara as if she is pushing a cart to the right.
“Ha, that looks funny,” I smiled as I watched them, “But I wonder what’s wrong…did I do something wrong?”
We found ourselves in front of the Aquarium Bar that Toma was talking about. As we head inside, Ally turn to Toma lightly letting go of Tamara.
"Where's the bathroom, Toma?" she asked grabbing Tamara again.
"Keep heading straight down this hall and it would be the first door to the left," he told her, "Oh what you wanna drink?"
"Something strong, I feel I really need it after that little event," she said as she pulls Tamara towards the ladies room, "Oh and a Pepsi!."
"Now let's go get those drinks," Toma chops me on the shoulder.
"I might get water," I grunted, I am a lightweight when it comes to alcohol. Sometimes I wouldn't remember what I had done the night of my drinking; it's a scary thing really. So far I've been lucky because Toma would be the one to take care of me when it does happen.
"Come on Suki, just get a lighter drink," pushed Toma.
"You know why I don't drink much Tomato, " I said, "Plus I want to be sober for my date, if this was some other girl; I'll be all for it."
"Ah yeah, you LIKE this one," Toma nudged me and I punched his arm.
"It's nothing like that," I told him.
"Really?" Toma question, "This is a rare case for you. When other girls made it known about their tastes in men; you mostly ignore them the rest of the night."
"Why entertain women like that," I answered, "I still open the door for them at least."
"Hardly ha ha," laughed Toma, "You pretend to but let it go early so it would at least bump them."
"Shut up," I said as I kick him.
"But this one you ran after, went alone with, and carried in one night." he added, "If that's not progress, I don't know what to tell you." Toma turns to me, "You better not let this one get away buddy."
"...You should worry about yourself, lover boy," I said as I grabbed the trey of drinks.
