Part One;
When the Rooster Crows
The soft rumble of a passing train woke Andras. He inspected his surroundings, looking up to find Teddy’s beard tucked into his shoulder. The large man had gotten closer during the night, his tonedz arm was resting on his stomach.
“Oh my god” he whispered to himself. He could feel Teddy’s breath on his neck, sending a shiver down him… wait… and his shirt.
“Teddy” He whispered loudly
“hm” he rustled
“Teddy, wake up”
“Five more minutes”
“No, Teddy it’s 12 pm”
“And?”
“And it’s Andras, not a girl that your sleeping with”
“yeah I’m fully aware”
“move yer arse”
“ay, I would, but your arm is under me” he snickered
“Huh” Andras’s face turned a shade of crimson as he removed his arm. He sat defeated, Teddy had no idea how much he affected his thoughts. Andras was stepping down from the bed when he noticed.
“When did you take your clothes off?” He quipped.
“I got hot” He was smiling now.
Part Two;
The Ebony Hair
Blood was pouring out of the woman’s stomach, her intestines draping over her waist. The arms had been cut off from the shoulder and were now stashed in the man's bag.
“Beautiful” the man said aloud. Another woman sat tied up in the corner, witnessing the gruesome sight. She had been struck earlier in the night, taken from the streets alongside the mutilated woman.
The man turned to her, exposing his face to her.
“Look at me, remember me” He then struck her again with his bat, she went cold.
“Atta girl” He silently moved her onto the street outside, leaving the corpse dangling from a rope(armless and stomachless).
The woman sat up the next morning in the police station with a retched headache.
“Hair… his hair… his eyes” she mumbled on.
“Ma’am, are you okay?” the mumbling woman caught the attention of a nearby officer.
“He-the man, ebony” she began crying. The officer held her in her arms lightly.
“It’s alright, your safe dear. He can’t hurt you anymore” The woman cried helplessly until she began to mumble once more.
“Ebony hair, indigo eyes” she stuttered, wiping tears from her eyes.
Part Three;
Who?
Teddy sat, turning through pages in the file. He took a sip out of his coffee mug.
“Teddy” Prudence entered the room.
“Hm?” he replied, not looking up from his work.
“How’s the case goin?” she asked.
“Great” he said shrugging, She sat down in a small leather chair, positioning it towards him.
“How was your pub trip?” she asked thoughtfully.
“Good, wait… how’d you know I went to the pub?”
“Lang talks… a lot” she said chuckling, Teddy looked up momentarily.
“What’d he say?”
“That you were being intolerable,” she laughed
“And that you had a date?”
“Well, more or less”
“With who?”
“A guy I met, his name’s Andras” She lifted a brow.
“Shut up”
