After the doc removed the bullet, we drove our car towards forensic lab where Ravi worked. Ravi was a good guy I still couldn’t believe how he could have submerged in this case. We reached the forensic department, then we went upstairs but he was not there. We searched everywhere in the department but no. Then we asked some of the peons, and that’s when we got the news that Ravi didn’t come to the office. After collecting all the IMP information, we got to know that he sojourned somewhere nearby thus, we headed towards Ravi’s house. On reaching his home there was some different vibe, just didn’t felt right. Anyway, we went inside the door which was open symbolising us to enter into the apartment. On entering the apartment there was some kind of board in which something had been engraved. It said come to the room, I know you are here. Seriously, 5 years boy could also tell that this was some kind of trap. But I thought what if it wasn’t a trap but just some kind of directions so, I charged forward with my boss following me. The room’s door had been kept open and there was a man standing showing his back towards us with his one hand in the pocket and the other had a gun. There was another man standing just opposite the direction of him now, this guy had all muscles grown up looked a bit hard to fight if engaged in a fight where no weapon to be used. Anyway, the muscular guy saw us coming in and said wait. Of course, we didn’t wait but asked them to surrender or get killed. That’s when the guy who was opposite to the muscular guy turned around and raised his hands and said I surrender. Ravi is that you, com’ man how could you get into this mess.

Boss- “Ravi you got to have a good answer because your gone go for a long time in jail.”

Ravi – “What do you think? Why would have I done this, it’s simple, I did this to get the damn property of Fernandes.”

That’s when the muscular guy took his gun out and pointed towards me saying close this case or die. I laughed and said what do you think we will be afraid of taking a bullet in.

Boss- “Surrender or else you die.”

Unfortunately, it was too late.

I took my gun and Bang! Shot my boss. Come on I said what do you thought sir, why would I leave this golden opportunity. You seriously thought I would solve this case even if I had solved the case at the end you would engulf all the appreciation, all the credit and who knows some part of the Fernandes property. I am sorry sir but I had to do this.

Boss – “you could have done it better; we could have shared the property.”

With that he died. I gave Ravi a high-five and the muscular guy too whose name was john. This all case started when I got the letter. I actually had got 2 letters. First one was a threat which I had received with all the blood thing but, I received another letter before picking up my friend Harsh and that letter said –

Dear Shine,

Shine this your friend Ravi, I have a brilliant offer for you. This offer is related to the case you just got. How it would be if you also join with us i.e. 1. The partners 2. Police officer 3. John and last but not the least, Me. We can share the property, now what you have to do is stretch the case as possible then at last close the case saying e didn’t found proper evidence.

I hope you accept my offer, if yes then call me ASAP.

So as soon as I read it, I called Ravi. Now the twist I brought into the plan is that asked Ravi if we kill all the partners then we could get a big share and also it would look like we have solved the case. Now, why I killed my boss it is very simple because first I wanted a promotion second, he was very clever and rich so I killed him.

So, with a sad look on my face and also with dead body in my hand I went to the department and announced that our boss is no more with us, all were flabbergasted on hearing this.

Everyone asked me how did this happen, so for the excuse I said he was shot while they were trying to capture the killers I.e. the partners.

THERE ENDED THE JOURNEY OF MY BOSS AS WELL AS THE CASE WAS CLOSED AND I GOT PROMOTED
