The awfully good bodyguard

The Un-awaited continuation

The Un-awaited continuation

Jun 10, 2020

Being back on the ocean isn't so bad, although it would be nice if my cabin didn't smell like rotten lobster stuffed with literal hell incarnate...

I remember the first time I hopped on this ship, I feel like I've known this ship for years even though I only hopped on a couple days ago with the prince... I was told by some odd man that said,

"Pain can feel longer than it actually is...'

And I just went, "what?".

Not only grammatically does that make no sense but also literally, are you saying time stops when I feel pain? Dumbass old person.

The reason I say that is because my room physically hurts my nose if I don't have my door open and two because I have to sleep in armor...

"Just take off the armor!"

I assume your thinking, would if I could, rule one of bodyguarding is that well, on any mission you MUST have armor on the whole time you guard someone going overseas just in case anything were to happen... Don't worry it hurts my brain too.

At this point I'm just gonna sleep on-top of the deck, at least there I'll be able to see the stars...

Now whats the thing you least expect to see coming up on any ship deck? Because if a demon was your first answer than wow your good at this whole imagination thing.

I saw him, at least 9ft tall if not taller, he wore armor of bright blue and silver, his helm was odd, I couldn't really tell if it was his actual head or not, either way he had full armor on and I may have made shit in my pants.

I did the most logical thing anyone would do in my situation,

"WHOM OR WHAT IN THE NAME OF THE LORD ARE YOU?!"

It looked at me,

"I COULD ASK YOU THE SAME THING!"

After hearing that I had sudden rush or better said, slow feeling of calm, than I walked up to it, being completely aware I had actually shit myself,

"So... humaniod? Could I ask why your here?"

The demons face contorted to a... disgusted look,

"Good lord man... you smell of a type of cow manure, do you require new clothing?"

At this point I less feared the demon killing me and more noticing the spot on both sides of my pants...

"Nope, just killed a bunch of cows and than immediatelly uhhhhh.... "fell" over in some dung, that's why I smell bad"

The demon looked less disgusted and more concerned,

"I see... either way cow man, you wouldn't know where prince Edward would be, would you?"

It took me a second to realize one, I didn't know the name of the prince I've been guarding and two... this demon has no care in killing me.

Might have to leave it here... I'll think about what I have to do, I'll give you some more details in due time....
