I yawned turning over, pulling the covers around me tighter. A cold chill in the air, the sound of rain pattering on the roof and window. The blanket tucked around my body tightly, I moved over a little looking for the warm cuddly arms usually snuggled with me I opened my eyes seeing the dark bedroom. But the bed was empty, so I got up and put my little nightie back on and getting up, I pushed open the little door going out to the little landing corridor. Past the other bedrooms and the bathroom hopping down the stairs, I could hear a voice humming a little tune, so I went through the living room seeing the figure stood in the kitchen by the skin.

I stood leaning on the doorframe, watching as he stood in his jeans, his bare feet on the tile kitchen floor, his striped blue shirt his fluffy blond hair all over the place where he clearly had a shower and his hair wasn't dry yet as he stood doing the washing up.

I smile going and resting my head on his shoulder nuzzling close to his neck, his clothes smelt like lavender washing powder, I wrapped my arms around his waist pulling him close

"Ohh... Good morning" He smiles giving my head a kiss "sleep okay?"

"Perfect, But I was sad when I woke up without you" I whine

"Ohh I'm sorry sweetheart, I was going to make you breakfast but the washing up needed doing first" He says

"Can we make Pancakes together?"

"Of course we can sweetheart" he smiled finishing up the washing up turning around as he dried his hands and gave me a cuddle to, kissing my lips sweetly
