The name our gave us was nice but I'm curious to see what is in the cabinet and why she was taking pills that didn't look like painkillers.

"Hey Alex do you know what's wrong with her?" I said to him I noticed that he had shifted back into his human and opened the drawer where the pills was in.

" Quetiapine alone and added to a mood stabilizer for serious mood disorders?" He said in confusion, puts the pills back and looks at me.

" Quetiapine ? Are you saying our mate has a disorder? That can't be true bro" I said shaking my head with doubt.

" It's what she has taken this morning that's why she seems so distant after giving us our nicknames. It explains why she is so accepting about wolves being in her house. And losing her shit upstairs throwing some man stuff around the room and placing it outside on the curb." He said leaning against the counter still looking at me with worry.

"So what is it that we do now because it seems like you think our mate is broken or it may affect our future kids" I said sitting on my hind legs.

" I don't think our mate is broken, honestly shit happens do you understand, our is taking her medicine and seems like a decent person besides her questionable drinking habits. For crying out loud we had a tug war with her towel because we meant me and you wanted to see her naked like the perverts we are. She's not a harm to anybody unless provoked, that's what I can tell so far." He said looking me in the eyes then looked away and around the kitchen.

" We will be with our mate and accept her for who she is with no problems because who are we to judge and besides we can't reject because it will kill us and you know it." He said looking out of the window.

" As long as we're on the same page then there's nothing to worry about I'm heading to our mate" I said getting up heading towards the basement to where she's at since breakfast.

The basement door was unlocked and opened so I walked downstairs. I smelt other animals in the basement and cleaning products like she just finished cleaning. As I react to the bottom of the stairs I hear her humming a song while holding bunny it looks like she was feeding it. I looked over to see the rest of its siblings playing around in a Blanket that was on the table.

I walked over and sat down by the table. She didn't hear me but I was just looking at her taking care of these bunnies thinking that she really has a disorder. I can see why the other animals feel comfortable around her because her vibe was calm and friendly.

I was currently faking my wounds because they have already healed this morning but she doesn't know that yet.

" I feel kind of bad for lying to our mate" said Kane in the back of my mind. " There's no need to feel so bad about it Kane" I said, still looking at her playing with the bunnies. " She looks pretty playing those foster bunnies," he said with excitement. " woah there calm down, no need to ruin this peaceful moment haha" I said shaking my head.

"Ruin what exactly Charles all I did was complement her. You're the one with the dirty mind" he said huffing at me. " Oh really, I believe you when you can say it with confidence" I said, smirking. " Fuck you Charles just fuck you" he said before ignoring me once again. I was laughing hard at him and not paying attention to her coming over with a few bunnies in her arms.

" Why are you making a weird sound Nen ?" She said curiously, I jumped a little bit because she scared me at how quiet she was moving.

" How did you get down here ? Especially with your wounds ?" She said placing the bunnies down on the floor and she sat on the floor too which caused the bunnies to go towards her legs. I flatten my ears and moved closer to her and placed my head in her lap.

"You will not try to butter me up mister but this time I will let it slide" she said while rubbing my head. I felt one of the bunnies hop onto me so I couldn't move suddenly without scaring them.

She was laughing and I was enjoying this a little too much. I know for a fact that we will protect our mate and we need to train soon.

Alexander Pathway

I was still in the kitchen thinking about what I and Charles talked about before he headed off to the basement. I heard them coming upstairs so I shifted back into my wolf and sat down.

" Oh it's getting kinda late I should start on dinner," she said walking into the kitchen and Charles following right behind her.

" You should have come downstairs, she has bunnies," he said to me through our mind link.

" No thanks I was guarding the upstairs and was thinking," I said moving out her way so she could cook dinner.

" Why does no one knows of this location yet and it's called bonding time," he said looking our mate move around the kitchen.

" We don't know that yet so please be on guard because once she decides that you're healthy again we are training, so we can protect our new territory and mate," I said looking at her as well.

" Okay well at least try to bond with her so she doesn't act weird to you while you're in human form," he said looking at me then back to her.

" Alright I can try but it's kinda difficult trying to express emotions with a wolf body," I said closing my eyes

" Liar you stay ready to butt heads with her about her habits and jokes," he said laughing. " Fuck you, Charles, " I said moving away from him.

After dinner, we went upstairs and she tried to wash us up but we pulled her into the water. You could say that she was mad but I didn't care nor did my brother but she had locked us in the bathroom so she could change. I decided to head butt the door a little bit and she unlocked it, she was wearing this blue silk pajama set that was shorts and thin strap top and she had on a headscarf. Ignoring us she got into her bed Charles tried to get in bed but she kicked him out of it I laughed at him but then he tried to hit me with his paw but I dodge him but I got hit with a pillow. I growled at her and jumped on the bed just to smother her and Charles got in bed too.

She was flailing around but started laughing so I moved so she could breathe better. After that, she tried to get us out of her bed but we weren't budging and she gave up then she fell asleep with us right behind her.
