After the fallout of his departure, Joe laid on his bed staring at the ceiling. The betrayal of those he called friends provoked him to abandon the game. Disbelief and shock circulated his body to the point that he couldn't stop thinking about it. He took to music to free him of his worries. Beats and rhythm allowed his mind to be free of the sadness within him. The music went silent and his phone sung the tune of a familiar theme, it was the sound of someone calling him on Harmony, a social media app. Joe sighed and changed to Harmony's window. The screen displayed Harold's username and he answered. Harold is a friend Joe met through high school, one of his only friends at that.

"Hey Joe, what's up?" Harold asked

"What do you want?" Joe quickly changed subjects

"Oh, uh, right, well I was going to ask if you are planning on playing Eden again, I heard you quit or something."

"Yeah I did, I also deleted my account."

"What? Joe, you can't just quit now! Don't let your death and the fall of your clan bring you down this far!!!"

"It's not a big deal, I've been thinking of quitting the game for a while, this was just that final push I needed..."

Though Joe tried to sound like it wasn't a big deal, it was in fact a big deal. He lied about thinking of quitting prior to the events that recently unfolded, but he didn't want to seem like he rage quit.

"So is that all you called me for?" Joe asked

"Yeah, sorry for bothering you." Harold apologized

Joe hung up. His uninterested state of mind turned into irritation from such a meaningless conversation. He sighed and thought about his retirement in Eden. Eden had taken up the majority of his free time. Constant hours of farming for materials, doing raids, and other activities had taken much of Joe's time. "Maybe it's not that bad. The game isn't taking much of my time anymore and I have more time to focus on the development of my game..." Joe thought to himself. While laying down, Joe held a Body Pillow to his side. "What do you think, Miyara-chan?"

A visage of a young, brown-haired girl smiled sweetly with her hands signaling a thumbs-up.

"You know what? You're right!" Exclaimed Joe. He then jumped out of his bed and headed to his computer. "Since I have more free time, I can focus everything on making my game!" As he began to open several windows crucial for his game's development, the image of a blue-haired girl had evoked a memory. "After I catch up on some anime."

As Joe sits with the colorful images being displayed on-screen, a large amount of time begins to get lost, and before he knew it, ten hours had gone by.

"Hagiwara-san, I love you." a woman's voice is heard

"I love you too, Rumi-chan" a man's voice answers

Joe is sitting in the same spot he was hours ago, entranced by the dialogue on the screen. After a few more minutes of watching, Joe sits out of his chair and stretches.

"Ahhh, today was such a productive day," Joe said to himself while yawning. He then turned his attention towards his bed and body pillow. "Don't worry Miyara-chan, I'm coming!" With this, Joe jumps into bed hugging his body pillow, then drifts off into a slumber.

After what felt like seconds, Joe found himself floating in the sky with the clouds, while being naked.

"...What?" Joe thinks to himself, he then looks around him and begins freaking out, but soon comes to the realization that he is dreaming. "I must be dreaming I guess, a lucid dream at that, pretty cool, why am I naked?" Joe floated around for a bit, before descending to the ground, finding himself in a forest.  As he looks around, he begins to hear a rustling sound coming from behind him. 

As he turns around, a figure is seen approaching him. The figure had a feminine physique, they had cat ears and a tail. Bewildered by this sudden turn of events, Joe began talking to the apparition.

"Woah, um, hey there..." Joe spoke, the figure was getting closer, giggling to themself. Once the figure got close to him, she began to kiss him. "Holy shit, is this really happening? Am I going to lose my virginity in a dream?! " He thought to himself.

Suddenly, Joe had felt something hard touch his leg. He stopped kissing the person in front of him and looked down to investigate, and what he saw shocked him.

"Wh-What the HELL?!" Joe screamed as he fell to the ground.

"What's wrong honey?" The creature asked, just as it said this, a giant scorpion tail emerged from behind them. Joe's face turned pale, he then screamed and attempts to run.

"STAY AWAY FROM ME!!!" Joe shouted, but it was too late, the monster had struck Joe's back with its tail, he then falls to the ground. Joe tries to plead with the creature, "No, please don't do this, PLEASE!"

The creature simply smirks, then stomps on his back. "Don't worry, I'll be gentle" Rasped the beast. Joe is heard screaming like a banshee, then, he feels a sharp pain in his rectum.

Joe jolted up from his slumber with a shriek, quickly realizing it was just a dream.  He then looked at his body pillow and kissed it.
