Invisible Moon
Chapter 1
The Air & Invisible Moon
"Invisible does not mean does not exist."
#WINisWIND
In a day, how many times had you realised that you were breathing? And how many times had you realised that the air existed? Very little, right? Let's imagine if the number of times you realised the existence of the air, was similar to the times that people recognized me .
That was no difference from my life.
My first name was Archawin, my nickname was 'Win' . Even though my nickname in English was 'Win' but I thought using the word 'Wind' sounded much more suitable for me.
I was like a wind—an ethereal air.
Thinking about my life, I could only sigh and continued walking out of my dormitory. I was a new freshman in the first year of the Faculty of Business Administration of XU University. Today was the first dayI came to start a new life here and I wanted to be reborn as a new person.
"Hello! " I raised my hand to greet the dorm security guard, who was reading a newspaper. I want to get to know him just in case I might need some help in the future, but it seemed like he didn' t hear me and didn' t look up to me at all
Well, I didn' t blame him, and it' s not because he was arrogant.
It was all because of me.
I had been like this since I was born. My parents and my relatives often forgot about me because I had a very beautiful and smart older sister. Also, my father's family side never had a daughter or granddaughter for many generations. That was why everyone was so crazy about my sister while I was forgotten.
Perhaps my face was neither handsome nor ugly. Perhaps my height was neither high nor short. Perhaps my grade was neither bad nor good. Perhaps my ability had nothing to remember. As a result, I became an unnoticed person. Not only just a loser but totally nobody.
At the primary school, teachers usually forgot that I was in the class, even sometimes forgot to call my name when checking absent too. After school, many friends also forgot to invite me or even if they did invite, they would forget to talk to me anyway.
I was completely invisible in a way that affected my daily life.
When ordering the food, the vendor never looked at me, I had to call for a long time or write an order by myself. When walking in the crowd, I often got hit because most people didn't notice me. When waiting in the queue, sometimes I was overtaken because people thought my row wasn' t occupied.
I had only a few ten friends on Facebook because most of my classmates forgot to add me. And whenever I chatted to someone, 90 percent of them would reply 'who are you?' .
I had to let it go, as if it was my curse or disease. Nevertheless, I didn' t want to be like this forever. I wanted to say goodbye to my unnoticed life. But...how could I do it?
"If I were a Moon of the university, How happy would I be?"
I muttered to myself. I saw many friends sharing many of Moon's photos — extremely good-looking university students — on the facebook timeline.
What was the feeling of being the light among the crowd? Someone like me who was invisible, even barely imagined.
I continued to walk around to explore my university area because tomorrow would be the first school day, I needed to be prepared.
New life, new place, new society and a new reputation. I might not be so good at studying enough to be recognised by the teachers, but I wanted to make friends from the activities. I committed to myself, I should stop being invisible, there must be someone remember me!
While walking to the football field. I saw many university' s cheerleaders practicing, all of them looked very attractive.
"One, two, three, four, one, two, three, four..."
I stopped to watch for a while. Whatever good-looking people did, it was nice to look. See? Many people surrounding were also interested in them. If I wanted to be like that, I only needed to be born again.
"AAAH!"
Suddenly, there was a scream that made me startle and almost stumbled my legs.
'!!!' And also the sound of an earthquake.
"Oh no! " I almost couldn' t stand steadily. No way, Would there be an earthquake in Thailand? — no, it was a flock of people.
"AAAH!"
The screaming sound was too loud as my ears were almost deaf.
My eyes opened widely as I saw many people rushing through me quickly like the wild animals were migrating. There was a group of students following someone. Just a moment ago, there were only a few people at the football field, but within the blink of an eye, there were full of people.
What was happening? As a small guy, I could only stand by my tiptoe to lift but it was too crowded, I couldn' t see anything even the shadow.
"AAAH P[1]' Wayu, I want to see him"
But even standing far away, I still heard the girls' voices screaming around my backside.
"But I want to see P' In more, I already saw P' Wayu a lot."
"Agree! I even took the entrance exam here.' Cuz I want to see P' In!"
"Yeah, but how? Almost no one has ever met P' In in the university."
"It's very strange, P'In is so shining but why can't we see him?"
"That' s why he earned the title 'Invisible Moon' ."
I kept listening while watching many various types of fish in the pool. They were biting bread as someone was feeding them, not far from me.
"Well, I heard you went to UNISTAR fan-meeting, right?"
"Oh, you are so lucky. I have never got the ticket, it always sold out within one minute."
I also heard that UNISTAR fanmeeting tickets could rarely be found like the diamond. The ticket was officially sold around thousands of baht, But it could be unofficially sold up to tens of thousands.
"Yeah! you know, P' In in real life is extremely super handsome, too handsome to be just a normal person, he is an angel! "
"Oh, I envy you, did you touch his hand and get his autograph?"
"No, I didn' t, P' In line was full. Too bad, I got cut off the line to P' Natee instead."
"I see, I know everyone wants to see P' In so badly as he was rarely seen. Some people were even not his main fans, but still went to his line to get his autograph."
"Hey, but P' Natee is also very handsome, Oh my gosh, I love his fierce face."
"Nope, my blood type is XU, very intense, only #TeamXU, no #TeamQU."
P' Natee was also a member of UNISTAR, he was studying at the faculty of Engineering at QU University. XU University and QU university were each other real competitors, especially during the traditional football event. I sometimes used Twitter and saw that P' Natee and P' Wayu often debated with each other on social media. Because both of them were UNISTAR in the same year while it was supposed to have only one. However, since their contest scores were equal that year, it turned out to have two winners. Many people thought that P' Natee and P' Wayu just fought each other as a joke, they both love each other in real life.
"Whaa," I exclaimed slightly as I saw the fish scrambled up to the surface for eating the bread because that feeding person threw a large piece of bread.
"Could you cut a smaller piece?" I said, I felt pity for the fish. I was afraid that the fish would suffocate to death. So I told the fish feeder, forgetting the fact that I was invisible and he would never hear me.
With a surprise, he paused and turned to me. I was shocked that he saw me, and even more shocked when I saw his face.
He was a good-looking college student, his face, figure, eyebrows, nose, mouth and eyes, all of them looked perfect. Although I was also a male but still felt that his handsomeness was extraordinary as if he could emit a full stream of aura.
Was he a human? I thought he was really an angel.
He looked at me calmly, his eyes showed little wonder.
I still heard the fans talking behind me .
"I' m so sad, it seems like I need to go to a fan-meeting or the event to see P' In."
"Yeah, many people said if anyone saw P' In in daily life, they must win the first prize lottery."
P' In? I frowned as I looked at the fish feeder man.
"Oh," I exclaimed.
As I wanted to confirm my assumption, I picked up my mobile phone, searching the image on Google, I typed' In Unistar' .
When images appeared, I compared that image to that fish feeder.
Then, I was stunned.
The fish feeder was indeed P' In, the UNISTAR! I met a celebrity! I couldn't believe it.
P' In still looked at me like he was thinking.
"Yeah, P' In is the only member who doesn' t have any bodyguard."
"But why my husband P' In need to hide from a wife like me."
"True, if I find him, I will capture him as my husband."
"P' In is my husband, not yours!"
I glanced at all the wives who were imagining that P' In, who was standing right here, was their husband. I was amazed that P' In stood just two meters away—I guessed he also heard everything but seemed to be unconcerned, liked not hearing anything. However, I wondered why no one could see P' In, he just stood right here.
There was only me that could see him.
"Can see? " P' In said softly.
"Huh? Yes? " I responded with confusion.
Nevertheless, when P' In realised that I wasn' t a crazy fan, he then continued to feed the fish and didn' t bother to look at me again.
Such an incredible coincidence.
I was standing right beside the university celebrity—also a super famous Thai celebrity—near the pool, under the shade of trees, and having fans screaming for other celebrity as the background.
No one ever noticed, this place still had another shining Moon, without being seen, except me.
I could see the celebrity Moon who tried to be invisible.
And that invisible Moon could see me who was invisible.
