The moment I woke up I realized that I agreed to meet Roman before 7 pm. I was supposed to convince him to talk to me so I can be less nervous not meet earlier with him.

I woke up at 11 am today since I took a day off from work. But working as an evidence technician means sometimes I had to go to work even in holidays if the work is urgent I have no choice but to go.

I was about to push him away when I heard Monica’s voice. “I got the perfect top” that made the guy move away from me as I turned around and grabbed my size.

Thank god she came but still I wouldn’t have been in that situation if she didn’t leave me alone with a complete stranger. I shot her a glare and she ignored it showing me the top in her hand.

It was black with small red flowers and it was a little sheer button up shirt with short sleeves.

“why did you sent that text earlier?” he asked as he started driving.

I kept looking out the window the whole way to his house and every time I took a little glance at Roman he was stiff. It was very awkward and silent, He didn’t even turn any music on.

I heard a door shut and looked at Roman but he was already out of the car walking to his house. “What a gentleman” I huffed and went out the car.

His house was big and beautiful. It had a garden outside that was filled with colorful flowers. The sight made me smile before I walked in.

I closed the door behind me and Roman turned around to look at me for the first time today.

“I understand that we are strangers right now but your rules are fair and I appreciate that” I gave him a little smile. All I need is time.

He gave me the paper with the rules and I kept it in the bag.
