I turn around and I see a man with long ginger hair that covers his ears, and dull green eyes.

He reaches for the daggers on his belt, I attempt to interrupt him but he leaps over my attack and he starts attacking me.

I take out my sword and deflect his attacks, he shouts, “So you must be the hero I have heard people talking about!”

I swing my sword at him but he ducks under my swing and cuts my cheek with his right dagger.

He exclaims, “My name is Slade Binary and you must be Redmec!”

What kind of sick insult is that!?

I shout, “I’m not Redmec you bleeding moron! I’m Jervis T Booker.”

“Oh sorry, you wear mostly red so you can forgive my mistake” Slade remarks with a cocky tone.

This guy is pissing me off to a boil.

We exchange blows until we both are tired.

I tell Slade, “You’re not bad but this fight seems to have hit a stalemate.”

Slade sighs as if he is not satisfied and he holds up both of his daggers.

I notice that the wind is getting stronger and stronger the longer he holds his daggers up, I prepare to counter his next attack.

He brings his daggers downward and the attack hits me.

All it did was leave a scratch on my armor.

Slade falls onto his knees in defeat, I will not kill him because that would be a waste.

“Will you join me Slade Binary?” I ask him offering him a hand up.

“I got nothing better to do so sure I will join you.” Slade says accepting my offer.
