Keith’s POV

It’s RED! Is she a friend of Mrs. Turner? They are looking at me. I mean, Red is sinking into her seat while Mrs. Turner is looking so confused, but amused at the same time. Are they talking about me?

“Keith!” Michael distracts me. “Stop looking at her! Mrs. Turner would catch us.”

“I am not looking, man!” I try to be convincing.

“No, you’re staring!”

“I am just curious.” I turn my eyes to Michael.

“You mean, you like her?”

“Nah!” I shake my head.

“That’s Blake.” Michael points Blake with her head.

I could see her blonde straight hair waving in the air as she is crossing the street with Bianca, her bitch friend. She looks pretty in that orange crop top. If only her bitch friend never poisoned her mind with sex too much, we would still be together. We’re pretty good together.

“Hey, B!” I chirp when she passes by me.

Blake stops for a second to give me a timid smile.

“Hey, Asshole!” Bianca puts her hand on her waist. Her fake boobs are too much.

“I didn’t say hi to you.” I focus my eyes on Blake.

“C’mon, Bianca!” Blake drags her out of my way.

My eyes are following Blake for a little while and catch her looking back at me with a wide smile. I know that she still wants me, and I know that I am a real idiot here who refused to have sex when she was in her pretty pink lacey underwear on top of me.

“Dude, regrets are all over your dick!” Michael slaps me with his words.

“Kind of!” I shrug and walk away.

“Then what are you waiting for, man? Just do it!” Michael keeps up with me.

“I don’t want to be like my dad. Fuck around and disappointing everyone.”

“You ain’t gonna be disappoint anybody.”

We stop at the locker to grab our stuffs. I could see Blake leaning against the locker while talking to Bianca. When her blue eyes find me, she spreads her sweet smile one more time.

“See?!!” Michael interrupts. “She still wants your dick!”

“No, man! She is no good if she only wants my dick.” I lower my voice, worrying that she might overheard. "Besides, she's with Aiden now."

“Who cares! It’s not like you’re going to marry her anyway.”

KYLE’S POV

I can’t be at ease now that Ryan reminds me about my appointment with Lara. My hands keep straightening my khaki suits and run along to fix my hair. I can’t believe that I even check myself using my camera phone. Her presence itself is truly magical.

When there is finally a knock on my door, I jump out of my seat and find myself miserable before sitting back on my chair and tell whoever it is to come in. She rocks my fucking world. My eyes are fixed on her like a glue. She is wearing a thin floral blouse that compliments the curve of her upper body that tucks in her high waist blue jeans which seems like it’s printed on her.

“Hi!” She chirps.

“Hi!” I sound too excited.

My legs are working ahead of my brain to run themselves to her. I reach the door knob behind her and shut it tightly. She looks confused but still keeps a smile on her pretty face. Her rosy cheeks are matching with her rosy lips. They are glossy, as usual. So tempting.

I lead her into the couch without taking my eyes off of her, and I think she notices that. I sit right next to her in purpose, not too close but close enough to get lost in her eyes. She breaks my heart right away when she moves further from me. I understand. After what happened on Saturday, she wouldn’t be comfortable to be too close to me.

“I am sorry about the dinner.” I apologize right away.

“Oh, it’s okay. I am sure he didn’t mean it.” She smiles nervously.

She is talking about, Keith and I am talking about us. I meant to apologize for not kissing her that night but it seems that Lara does not bother at all. I thought she would be disappointed.

“Yes.” I fake my laugh. “He’s just being a teenager basically. He didn’t even tell me that he is going on a school trip today.”

“School trip? Isn’t today the first day of finals week?” She looks surprised.

“Finals week?”

“You didn’t know?”

“No.” I feel betrayed. Why would he lie to me? “How did you know?”

“My friend is a teacher at Kingston High School. I saw Keith this morning when I dropped her at school. I think he was with his friend.”

“Your friend is a teacher there?” Now, I feel mortified.

“Yes, she is an English teacher.” Lara tells me with careful. It’s like she knows that I don’t like the fact that she is friends with a teacher there.

Does she know? About what happened three years ago? About me who had a dirty fight with one of teacher’s husband? What if she knows? She would mark me as a cheater. She would hate me. What did this English teacher say to her? Maybe this is exactly why she is keeping her distance from me.
