Anyway, I smashed my breakfast. After 15 minutes passed, Jason came down stairs. He grabbed some waffles and leaned on the wall next to the stand where we put our corn bread mixes and the big bag of chips. He had on these gray jogging pants, but no shirt on. If only.... if only we weren't related. Mom finally sat down at the table and made her a plate. Someone had knocked at the front door. I got up out my seat to see who was there. When I opened the door there were three girls just standing there. "Um is Jason here?" said the first girl. As I turned around to face Jason he was shaking his head and mouthing words, which I could not understand by the way. "Ugh... yeah he is. What's your name?" I asked. "Oh, I'm Alex, she is Mia and the shy one over here is Aaliyah." Alex said.
"Jason, some girls want you." I said rolling my eyes towards him. "Why me?" he whispered. Jason slowly came to the door. Aaliyah seemed very excited to be the "shy" one. Jason rubbed my back in a weird way once he got to the door. I turned on the TV and sat on the couch, which is next to the front door, so I heard everything. "Sup, what do y'all want?" Jason said. "Nothing much, just wanted to know if you wanna hang out." Mia said. "Yeah.. w-we was wondering.. if you would like to go ... to-to the movies with us." Aaliyah said while blushing. " Um... see I can't make it. I'm busy that day." Jason replied. " Oh, well we didn't say the day we were gonna go." Mia said. She paused to look at me than back at Jason. "After school on Friday around 7 or 8pm." She continued in a irritated tone.
