I had a major headache waking up. What the hell happened? I can hear distant voices. What are they saying? Are they talking about mating?

"No, Ma'am. I'm not his mate. I have my omega at home." Someone said with a chuckle. "Oh, Thank goodness. I'm definitely not ready for that." Mother. Where is she? I opened my eyes to something extremely bright. I groaned and closed my eyes again. Someone rushed to my side.

"Max? Are you wake?" I heard my mom say. I just groaned in response. My whole body hurts.

“I love you, too, Max.” I started to walk home. I know that I’m off the clock but curiosity did kill the cat. I heard a noise behind me. When I glanced behind me, someone was walking. I didn’t pay much attention to it. Maybe they live down here. As I neared my house, the guy ran up to me. He put a hand over my mouth and a gun to my head.

“If you scream, I shoot. Now you’re going to come with me.” He has a deep voice. Even though he was trying to be threatening, I found his voice extremely hypnotic. He spoke so smoothly and I would willingly do what he said. He pulled me into an abandoned building and took his hood off. He had black hair. It was barely done but obviously an undercut. He has the most beautiful eyes. They are bright baby blue and look like they could light up a room.

“I want you to explain why I felt a slight tug to talk to you.” He pulled me out of a very vulgar daydream of him.

“ Wow, don’t introduce yourself.” Shit. Wait, he’s an alpha. I shouldn’t have said that.

“ God, Just answer me damn.”
