Poca ran through the grass as she rushed back to the village.
“I need to get there before the newcomers.” She said, speeding up her pace.
Poca had been watching the sea from a relaxing spot on the cliffs when she had spotted it. A boat larger than any she’d ever seen was sailing toward the shore. And no scouts from her village were nearby to alert anyone. So she knew she had to be the one to warn them.
