"Inconvenient," a deep and mysterious voice boomed.
That voice immediately caught those boys’ attention, who were shocked that they were now being approached by an intimidating figure who was standing at the other end of that dark alley.
A tall, obscured silhouette was showing its shape out of the shadows, drawing the attention of the two verozean boys who were surprised to recognize the owner of that speech. The few lights that managed to penetrate the colored tarpaulins that covered the upper part of the corridor, now, revealed the face of the newcomer.
"Get those dirty hands off my property," arms crossed, and with the most imposing pose he could do, a tall verozean with black hair and four big light horns stamped an unparalleled severity in his golden eyes, facing the two marginals who stood in front of him.
"Master Druko!" quickly loosening his grip off the girl on the floor, one of the boys was showing his surprise when he found one of the most renowned figures of Verozys.
"Oh, come on, Master Druko! Don't be so selfish! Share some of the prize with us since you’re High Master Rozen’s youngest son!" the other verozean boy said, proving himself to be the more debauched one of the pair as he dared to approach one of the most famous figures inside the community.
The verozean newcomer - upon hearing the audacity of the marginal who rubbed his hands together - raised an eyebrow in disgust, and this was enough to activate his also known temperament.
With incredible speed, Druko quickly stretched his arm and stuck his fingers around the neck of the one who dared to speak like that to him, lifting him off the floor while pressing his body against the wall. The golden serpent's gaze was fixed on the face of the struggling one, sipping every drop of the moment as the marginal was asphyxiated by the force of his grip.
"What did you say?!" the youngest son of the High Master asked the malicious boy.
"S-S... S-Sorry..." trying to apologize, the words of the agitated guy didn't come out.
After a brief moment in that context, Druko launched the body that he held onto the sands, throwing it towards the only exit in that corridor. The boy coughed hard as he recovered the air for his lungs, before he regained his balance and escaped as quickly as possible from the situation he had brought to himself.
The severe golden gaze sought out the silhouette of the other boy who was unable to move in surprise, and when the newcomer came into contact with the marginal, Druko soon walked towards him.
The frightened verozean girl managed to get out of the stasis with the threat getting closer, and before the famous four-horned figure could reach the terrified boy, the marginal sprinted away in fright without even hesitating to think twice.
Druko watched the two cowards move away from his position. It didn't take too long for them to disappear from his view, leaving him alone with the weeping girl.
The golden eyes now found the female face terrified.
"N-No..." she said when she imagined what would come next.
"Silence," Druko commanded.
He would then grab her by the arm, lifting her up so that he could drag her to a new uncertain destination.
