Axel was still too stunned to be able to let any words out of his mouth. He wasn't able to from any normal sounding sentence. Yes, he was that nervous.

"Uhm, sorry if I startled you, but I just wanted to ask cause, you know, run ran from me earlier..."

As much as Axel wanted to say that there was no problem with him and that he just had a slight heart attack when he saw him.

"You don't have to answer, I'm sorry for disturbing you."

The moment the other male wanted to turn around and go away into the opposite direction, Axel came back to his senses. He instantly grabbed the other's arm and turned him back into his direction. The smaller had a shocked expression on his face, matching Axel's expression on his own face. He honestly didn't expect himself to have that much courage all of a sudden.

"It's-it's alright, don't worry."

Bit even though Axel just did that, he still had no plan and zero confidence, so after that the two continued to stand there in in awkward silence.

"Uhm, could you let go of my arm?", said the other male to Axel, while he was having a quite uncomfortable look on his face. And of course the taller complied.

"I guess I have to go and again I'm sorry for disturbing you...", murmured the smaller, while he started to walk away.

Axel wanted to say something, but the confidence to do say was not with him. But he knew that he had to try, or else James would do it for him and that would be even more embarrassing.

"Wait! What's your name?!"

That sentence made the smaller look at Axel once again. At first he looked rather hesitant, but then a smile formed on his face, which made a slight blush appear on Axel's face. Luckily the other wasn't able to see as it was already pretty dark.

"My name's Carsen."

Before Axel could say anything else Carsen finally headed to his own home, leaving the other behind with his name floating through Axel's head.

His stunned expression soon turned into a small smile on his face.

This small encounter would leave him thinking about the smaller for the rest of the night.
