[Some big spoilers for the ending of "The Little Witch of the East"]

Seren looked to Ova, "Hey Ova, been wondering, why'd you choose me as your Inheritor?" She asked.

Ova seemed to think for a moment, she floated upwards for a moment and then touched back down to the ground, "I felt a connection, Periculum," She said, "I saw through my all-seeing eyes, everything I saw led back to you, and with you completing my Heavenly Quest, I have realized, I have fallen in love with you, Periculum,"

Seren jumped backward, she seemed to try to leap out of her own skin, "Wh- when's the last time you heard of a Goddess falling in love with… A witch of all people?"

Ova floated behind Seren and hugged her, "Periculum, it is irrational and illogical of me to fall in love with someone whose lifespan is so much shorter than mine, and even more illogical for me to fall in love with a witch, a person who no matter how hard we try would never reach the Gates of Isemis, but do not worry, Periculum, you will always be allowed in my domain, we will be together for all of eternity, you, as my favorite of the Inheritors, I love you,"

Seren grasped Ova's arm, "Ova, I gotta say… I didn't expect all this but… I love you too,"
