Chapter 16: Black Magic

The sweet red liquid slowly went down my throat, easing the pain in my jaw. My newly grown fangs had been aching to take a bite out of someone. And now thanks to Kenji that pain had stopped, for now. When I pulled back from Kenji some of the blood was still coming out from the two tiny bite marks I'd made in his neck. There was some blood on my lips too; I looked at Kenji to see if he was ok. The big stupid grin on his face told me he was fine. "What are you smiling about? I just drank your blood." I asked him.

"I'm smiling because for once in your life you did something without anyone having to force you." He said.

I started to blush and looked away, "Come on, Sakura wanted us to meet her in the library." Grabbing his arm, we headed for the school's library. Sakura was already in the library with Zakuro, Shin, and Maria. "Finally every ones here." Sakura said as she got up from the table she was sitting at. Zakuro was sitting at the same table looking at a book. Maria and Shin were lending against the wall talking. Everyone stopped what they were doing when Sakura starting to talk. "Listen up everyone this is important." She paused to see that everyone was listening to her. "What I'm about to say must never leave this room." We all nodded that we understood. "Kenji, I looked into that case and you were right. The ones that kidnapped Mika were the same ones that are causing trouble between all of the races."

"That's impossible." Maria jumped in. "They haven't been seen in years, plus there's no way they could ever break onto the campus without alerting the entire school."

"Unless they didn't have to break onto the campus." Everyone looked at Shin. "Think about it, this school is full of demons, vampires, weres, witches, and others races that all hate each other. It's not hard to image one of the staff or even students working for this group Black Magic."

"He's right, there is someone within the school working for Black Magic." We all turned around to see a girl standing in the doorway of the library. "In fact I'm surprised how well every ones gotten along so far. Surely you've all heard the stories and rumors growing up. That all of the races hate each other, another war is going to start it's only a matter of time, etc. Yet right here there is a necro-mancer, a human, two witches, a half-vampire-witch, and a....."

"Raina, that's enough." A boy had just appeared behide her. "You've said to much."

"Aww, but Rem..." Two other people walked in a boy and girl.

"Come now Raina, we came to watch. Not give away our secrets." The boy said.

"Can't we just tell them about the boy standing next to the vampire-witch. Please Daijiro." This girl Raina couldn't have been no older then thirteen. She was acting like a kid, she was going to keep asking until she got her way.

"April, control your sister." Rem said.

"Why? I'm not her mother. If she wants to ruin everything then let her." The other girl just stood there.

Rem gave her a look. "Control your sister or Amore will."

The girl April stood still for a monment, then grabbed Raina. "Raina that's enough. If you don't stop.." She whisptered something into Raina's ear that made her eyes wided and it also shut her up.

"Who are you?!" Zakuro was standing up and was ready to use the blinding spell she has prepared.

"Non of your business." Rem said. "Lets go we've wasted enough time here."

"Like hell your leaveing." Zakuro waved her hands and Rem was now blinded. "Now your going to answer our questions and tell us everything you know. Starting with what do you know about Black Magic?"

"Stop wasteing out time." Light started shining around Rem and the spell was broken. "This is a good spell for someone who's weak."

"How..did you break my spell? No one can break my spells. Just what the hell are you?!"
