It was getting close to 9 am and Benait was tired like every morning, usually Benait would be in his first class but today his registration class was extended due to a piece of paper. Benait knew that the piece of paper wasn't normal because it had only one thing in it and that was a question, he knew what the question was because he had heard about it from the seniors he knew.

The question was a simple one, it read "Vampire? Yes/No". It baffled Benait because they stated it so bluntly, he looked at the paper wondering what he should put down.

9 o'clock the bell rings it's time for Benait to hand in his paper, he looks down at it and gives a sadistic smile. On the piece of paper, there is a circle around the word 'yes'. Benait looks at his teacher and smiles, his teacher is shocked since Benait never smiles. As his teacher looked down she saw what he had put down, she didn't think he'd want to be a Vampire but she had no say since it was his choice.

Out of everyone in his class Benait knew he would be the only one to put down 'yes' and he likes that because he hated everyone in his class, he hated them because they ignored his existence all the time so he was alone.

Benait sat down in his seat and waited for the tannoy to go off, after a few minutes of waiting it went off. "Can Bethany Adern, Robert Donie, Lyla Morrie, Sapphire Robertson, and Benait Seryn please come down to the school office and bring your stuff now" asked the woman in the tannoy. As Benait got up everyone knew why he was going, but they were all shocked by what he picked they had never thought he would leave humanity behind.

As Benait made his way down to the office his path crossed with one of the people that was also called down, it was Robert Donie. Benait continued down with Robert in silence, they reached the office and standing there was a man in full black, the man had his face covered so Benait couldn't see it but Benait knew that the man was a Vampire.

Once everyone that was called arrived the man introduced himself, "I am Lester Hudson, and I will be taking you with me" he said.

Benait looked at everyone else and saw they were all nervous, he was shocked because he didn't feel anything other than feeling like he finally found a place he fits in. Lester started to lead everyone out to a car, he opened the door for Benait to get in and then closed it after everyone was in the car.

"The journey will take 2 hours, so you can sleep or observe the scenery but please don't disturb me," said Lester as the car started up. It was going to be a long journey so Benait was preparing himself mentally.
