I smiled watching the children play in the garden with Thomas, him starting to teach them hunting even if they could barely walk.

When Suddenly Lucas ran out of the house he looked desperate for breath

"My Queen" he nodded "My King" He nodded as Thomas had stopped as he saw him come in

"what is it, Lucas?" I asked

"A Messenger On the edge of the city, From the castle," he told me

I looked to Thomas and he nodded "you go," he told me I knew he had been trying to send me out on my own to make the people see me more as well as him wanting more time with our children, he picked up the children in his arms so I grabbed my sword and let Lucas lead me through the city to where some people were gathered snarling at this messenger boy

"what is it?" I asked

"We Will leave immediately" I nodded before heading back

"I am serious, my father is dead I will see him off if nothing else," I explained

"Lucas your our royal advisor, until we return your acting king" I told him "you have full control of the army and you will protect the city till we return" Thomas told him "about time I meet my wife's family" he smiled kissing my cheek "you should start packing up the children"
