Fanny screams as she charges towards Matt. Who stares deep into her deranged glassy eyes, as she quickly overpowers him. Fanny subsequently pulls out a broad, serrated knife. Matt runs towards the elevator while continuing desperately to fight off Fanny's relentless attacks. He knocks her down with his bat before entering it. As the elevator door closes, Fanny lunges forward to get inside but is jammed between the doors.

Matt knocks her for six in the face with his cricket bat, appearing to knock her out. He tries pushing her out of the elevator, as Fanny suddenly wakes up biting Matt, before repeatedly trying to slash him with her knife. Matt seizes her arm with the knife, as he pushes the button on the elevator panel for the next floor.

As the elevator rises, Matt continues struggling furiously with a screaming Fanny. As she's brutally cut in half by the elevator. With her blood and guts exploding all over Matt, leaving him in a dreadful state of shock, as he collapses to the floor with Fanny's dismembered torso falling on top of him.

When the elevator door opens on the next floor, Matt crawls out from under Fanny's mangled bloodied body. He composes himself for a few minutes, wiping some blood from his gaunt face. He twists the knife out of Fanny's lifeless hand along with the mace spray from her ragged pocket.

Matt stands up, and walks out of the elevator into the corridor, as the elevator door closes behind him. Still covered in nervous sweat and blood he slowly walks toward the end of it. He turns left and is confronted by a broad metal door. He sets his head against it to hear what was inside but hears nothing.

Matt with all his strength pulls open the massive door. He looks inside and is overcome to behold a sight of unbelievable carnage. With multiple monsters tearing asunder and ripping up screaming contestants. He next sees a bloodied and terrified Andy, who pushes Matt over as he flees past him. Matt quickly gets up and follows him towards another elevator.

As Andy reaches it, he repeatedly bangs against the button. The elevator door opens, and Andy is suddenly attacked by Fangs. Who flings him into the elevator, as he grips Andy's exposed neck with blood going everywhere, which Fangs drinks. Andy reaches out to Matt for help, but before he could do anything. Fangs suddenly hits the elevator button door, resuming his vicious attack on Andy, as the elevator door closes.

Matt walks away from the elevator as he hears other monsters approaching. In desperation, he runs around aimlessly between various corridors sorely trying to evade them. But Matt finds himself cornered by Wood Stacks, Howler, and Shin-Dig. Matt gathers a deep breath as he prepares to greet his maker.

Recognizing the hopelessness of his precarious situation and with his heart racing. Matt impulsively decides to charge towards Wood Stacks to fight his way past him. As he sprints towards him, he pulls out the mace spray. Then suddenly, Matt plummets through a trap door, sliding down to another level. He falls on to the metallic floor with a dull thud, injuring his head.
