3 weeks later

"Sometimes...life is unfair, and in a way...we will try and escape the things that haunt us. We must accept that life is hard and nothing goes as planned, if we simply do that...everything will seem okay. Things were simple long ago, people were not separated for what they were, everyone lived in peace. Why can't things be easy? I've asked that question many times,but then I think. 

If things were easy...this would be a simple world...things were never intended to be easy, there was always going to be anger and pain. There was always going to be death and separation of others. Nothing could have changed what was going to happen from the start."

Jun-lin sighed as he entered Jin-sung's hospital room, he was greeted with the sound of the tv. His eyes widened and he came closer to the hospital bed, a smiled came across Jun-lin's face. "Good afternoon" Jin-sung said with a slight smile. The omega grabbed the remote and turned off the tv "how long have I been asleep?" he asked. "Almost a month" Jun-lin answered sitting down in the chair beside the bed.

"I see...did my parents come here?" Jin-sung asked, the alpha grimaced which didn't go unnoticed by the omega. "Did...they upset you?" Jin-sung asked making the alpha freeze before looking down. The omega chuckled "I'll...take that as a yes, I apologize about them, they aren't the best" he apologized. Jun-lin stood up and grabbed the omega's shoulders "you don't have to apologize for them! they're just bad people!" the alpha exclaimed. Jin-sung was silent before speaking once again.

"I know that they aren't good people, but they're still my parents..." the omega said with tears beginning to form in his eyes. Jun-lin took his hands off of Jin-sung's shoulders and remained silent. After a few minutes Jun-lin leaned forward and wrapped his arms around the omega. He squeezed Jin-sung in the hug and buried his face in the omega's neck. "You're so kind...even though the world is so cruel to you" Jun-lin said while hugging Jin-sung.

Jin-sung brought his arms up and patted Jun-lin on the back " that's why I love you Jin-sung" the alpha whispered. The omega's eyes widened and tears began to fall from them. "How could you love someone like me? I'm just a disgusting omega" Jin-sung sobbed. Jun-lin pulled away and smiled at the omega rubbing his thumb over the freckles that dusted Jin-sung's cheeks. "Don't ever say that about yourself, you're kind, intelligent, and beautiful, I've loved ever since I first saw you" Jun-lin said cupping Jin-sung's face.

The omega sniffed and put his hand on Jun-lin's "you...really love me?" Jin-sung asked with a shaky voice.
