I go inside the inn.

The barkeep is pointing a crossbow at me, the bar maid is hiding behind the barkeep, and Slade has his daggers out and ready.

I sigh and tell them, “The threat has been taken care off, he is nothing but ashes now.”

They are still on guard, is somebody behind me?

Looking down at the ground I see a shadow on the floor.

I turn to look behind myself and I see a Tiefling.

He is wielding a scimitar, and he is smoking a cigar.

His skin is a slightly bright red color, his eyes are a commanding purple, and he has dark blue waist length hair.

I back away from him.

The man says with commanding voice, “Hand over the girl and nobody will get killed.”

Fighting him at this moment would not be a smart move to make.

Not only is my chestpiece shattered, I have not recovered from the fight with Sades.

Suddenly Slade shouts out with determination, “Over my dead body, if you want her you will have to get past me first!”

Slade starts running at the man.

I should stop him now, this guy is no joke.

I would not be able to beat him even if I was at full strength right now.

“Slade don’t fight him, that guy is too dangerous!” I shout out trying to stop him.

Its too late I can’t stop him.

Slade jumps above the Tiefling and cuts his right cheek with his dagger.

He confidently says, “My name is Slade Binary, what is your name?”

The man wipes some blood off his cheek and says, “Moyen.”
