Amelia looks at Lucian with tears in her eyes and puts her head against his chest. He gently brushes her hair while holding her tight.

Amelia -  This all my fault ( sobbing ) 

Lucian - No, it's not 

Amelia - Yes, it is  

Lucian - The only person to blame here is Gavin 

Amelia - You don't understand. If I haven't broken up with him, none of this would have happened.

Lucian grabs her face gently while wiping the tears off of her face. 

Lucian  - hey, listen to me ( pulls her chin up to look at him)  you don't deserve any of this, neither did your friends.  He has issues with himself that he needs to solve, not you. 

Amelia gives a small smile while  Lucian is still touching her face. for a moment, they look at each other before they start to lean in for a kiss until 

Gavin - There you are!

Lucian - I gotta go 

Amelia - No, wait 

Lucian - Ill be back ( kisses her cheek  then vanishes ) 

Gavin grabs Amelia then slams up her up against the wall with tears in his eyes 

Gavin - Why would you do that! 

Amelia - Do what 

He slams her hard 

Gavin - I know that you slept with Steven behind my back 

Amelia - Who told you 

Gavin - So you don't even try to deny it 

Amelia - What's the point of lying now? I did sleep with Steven several times when we were dating 

Gavin slaps Amelia in the face so hard that she falls to the ground. 

Gavin - I have tried so hard to be the best boyfriend I could be, but you decide to be a whore while behind my back 

Amelia -  You  don't get to call me that ( angry as she gets up ) 

Gavin - What else is there to call you .. you are nothing more than a waste of a human being now. 

Amelia -  And you are nothing more than the scum of the earth 

Gavin -  I may not have been perfect, but at least I never lied to you or cheated. 

Amelia - Oh, that's a damn lie. You have lied to me several times. 

Gavin- When have  I ever lied to you 

Amelia -  You lied to me about the fact  that you stole money from me to buy drugs 

Gavin is shocked and surprised by what Amelia said.

Amelia - Oh, you don't get shit to say now. I know about when you went into my dorm room and stoled the money I would use for my textbooks. 

Gavin - I have no id

Amelia - Shut up! Justine told me that's how I found about it. You try to blame Claire for that, but it was  you 

Gavin - Okay, Fine, I admit it 

Amelia - Why would you do that! ( yells then hits him )  I had to beg my mom for giving the money that you stoled 

Gavin - Hey, this isn't about me here. This is about you. 

Amelia - Of course, you can't take it whenever someone points out that you did wrong. 

Gavin - I can handle being criticized.

Amelia - No, you cant cause the only time you like it when someone is being honest or criticizing  you is only when it's good  

Gavin-  At least I'm not so sensitive as you are. Oh my god, I can't even count how many times you would cry when I say something to you. 

Amelia - Cause you were hurtful!

Gavin - I was honest with you, but you're always on defense all the time. 

Amelia - Cause you're an asshole 

Gavin - And you're a Bitch 

Both of them start to argue like in the previous scene in the beginning until they hear someone banging on the storage door. Gavin immediately grabs Amelia by the mouth, dragging her through the exit door until they reach the parking lot where Gavin parked the truck. Gavin opens the door picking Amelia up and tossing her into the truck. Amelia bangs on the window screaming for help as she sees someone in the distance. She tries to get out of the truck, but Gavin locks the doors. He pulls his knife, threatening her if she continues crying out for help. Amelia agrees to his order and sits quietly, shaking. 

Scene  - Claires House 

Roger pulls up to Claire's driveway. Before he opens the car door, he sees Claire at her door waiting for him.  Roger doesn't even get out of the car as Claire makes her way to the car hoping in. 

Claire - What took you so long 

Roger - what are you talking about its 9 am 

Claire -  I told you to be here first thing in the morning 

Roger - I wanted you to get some sleep

Claire - We don't have time for that right now. We need to focus on saving Amelia  

Roger - I know they might be still in the woods, so we should search for them there. 

Claire - They have to be there. That's the last place we saw them. 

Roger - Alright, we'll go there. I can't imagine them going far, but first I need my music. 

Roger turns on the radio until his favorite song comes on. He starts jamming out, completely forgetting that Claire is right next to him. She calls out his name several times until she finally shouts it out. He looks down, embarrassed, then clears his throat. He quickly says sorry then changes that station until a news report comes on about a stolen truck and what happened to Fiona. 

Claire - Shit! ( slams her fist down on the dashboard )  he beats us again 

Roger - it's not over yet. You still have that trial. 

Claire - yeah, I do. The only place left in the theater. 

Roger - let's go before he gets there. 

Roger immediately drives out of the driveway heading towards the theater-going way over the speed limit in a race against the clock to beat Gavin.  

Justine is seen performing a monologue on stage by herself in an empty theater. When she's done performing, she becomes frustrated. 

Justine - That was not good. I need to do that all over again. 

Gavin - Honestly, I thought you did great  ( appears from behind the curtains ) 

Justine is startled but also surprise. 

Justine- Oh, hey Gavin, I didn't see you there 

Gavin - I was behind the curtain watching you perform. 

Justine - Oh well, what are you doing here. 

Gavin - I needed to talk to you about something.  

The scene goes to Amelia locked in the truck in the parking lot  . she tries to look for something to break the window to get out but can't find anything. She bangs and pounds on the window then starts to have a breakdown. Until she hears someone outside and sees that it is Lucian trying to tear the door open, he struggles while also painting. Amelia is seen trying to encourage him to get her; then, he finally manages to have the strength of tearing the door out of the truck. Amelia leaps into his arm, causing Lucian to lose balance then falling hard on the ground with Amelia on top of him.  Amelia is repeating, saying thank you over again until he tells her to stop. 

Amelia - I didn't know you had that much strength in you.  

Lucian - yeah, I have been working out a lot. those hours at the gym really paid off (gives a wink ) 

Amelia - we need to get going  before Gavin kills anyone else  ( gets up off of  him and grabs his hand while running towards the theater ) 

Roger and Claire arrived at the scene, parking right next to the truck.   When they get out of the car, Roger notices the door has been torn off. 

Roger - What the hell happened here? 

Claire  - I don't know, but we can figure that out later. We need to hurry  ( with running towards the theater ) 

The scene cuts back to Gavin and Justine talking on stage while Lucian and Amelia are backstage hiding. 

Lucian -  why not go at him now? What are we waiting for

Amelia - we have to wait until it's a perfect time. 

Lucian - He's not doing anything this perfect 

Amelia -  I want to see what he is going to do. 

Justine - Gavin, you don't look so good. You have cuts and bruises all over you. What happened 

Gavin - yeah, I have just been into .... some stuff 

Justine - What kind of stuff? 

Gavin - you know just ..stuff 

Justine - You always been so reckless, you know that? you need to be careful 

Gavin -  yeah, I  guess I can be at times. 

Justine - Im sorry about you and Amelia ... I heard about it from everyone. 

Gavin looks down for a second before he responds. 

Gavin - yeah, it's been rough. 

Justine- Where did you go 

Gavin- what are you talking about 

Justine -  You went away for two weeks without telling anyone. I contacted you so many times, but you never answered. 

Gavin-   I travel to places .... Sorry, I only really needed to be alone; I didn't want to talk to anyone. The breakup took a toll me. I loved her a lot, you know, and I wanted us to be together.

Justine walks closer to him, taking his hand. 

Justine- I'm sorry 

Gavin- Its fine one day, I'll get over it. 

Justine- yeah ..maybe it's for the best that you and she are no longer together. 

Gavin - What do you mean?

Justine - Im just saying you find a girl that fits you better 

Gavin-  That may be a while until I find someone 

Justine- it doesn't have to be ( blushing ) 

Gavin - you know a girl? 

Justine- yeah ... I do 

Gavin - Who?

Justine- Ma 

Lucian - wow, I was not expecting that 

Amelia -  What the hell 

Claire -  That was totally unexpected 

Amelia and Lucian both jump  by the sight of Claire and Roger 

Amelia- Claire !! (hugs her)  Im so glad that you're safe 

Claire - Me too! 

Amelia - How did you get here 

Claire -  well, Roger and I searched Gavin's room for clues. We found a trail  that leads us here 

Roger- we need to come up with a plan 

Lucian - We can block him, so he doesn't escape 

Roger  does a jump when he sees Lucian 

Roger- Who are you ?!

Lucian - I'm Lucian, the grim reaper 

Roger - This can't be real 

Claire - I said the same thing 

Roger - How. How  ( founding a hard time to come up with his sentence ) 

Claire - We don't have time for this now. We need to focus on Gavin.  Okay, so here is what I'm thinking ( talks about the plan among then, the scene switches over to Gavin and Justine) 

Gavin - Im sorry, what? 

Justine - You heard me 

Gavin - I know  Im really am confused 

Justine - Why? 

Gavin - Because I didn't expect that you had feelings for me 

Justine comes closer to him, putting her hand on his chest. Gavin starts to blush really bad. 

Gavin-  Im sorry, but I -

Justine - stop talking  ( proceeds to lean in for a kiss ) 

Gavin pushes Justine hard that she falls on the ground. 

Gavin - What the hell is wrong with you! ( angry )  Im going through a breakup, and all of a sudden, you now decide  to make moves on me 

Justine-  Well, you're single now, so why not 

Gavin-  I can't believe you. First, you knew about Amelia and Steven hooking up without telling me, and you confess that you like me. 

Justine's face falls flat, and doesn't say anything for a minute. 

Justine - How did you know

Gavin - It doesn't matter how I know; I just know .... why didn't you tell me ( sounds hurt) 

Justine - I didn't want to hurt you, so I just. 

Gavin- decide to make me look like an idiot.

Justine - no, not that at all 

Gavin - So why didn't you tell me. 

Justine- I didn't want to hurt you. 

Gavin - wow, you are doing such a great job at that. 

Justine-  Im sorry  Gavin, I'm really am  ( very sympathetic ) 

Gavin walks closer to her. 

Gavin - yeah, I'm sorry too ...

They both give each other a small smile then hug, but once they got out of the hug, Gavin starts to choke Justine so hard that her face turns colors. Amelia comes running out, tackling  Gavin down to the ground. Claire comes out to perform CPR on Justine. Roger comes by her side. 

Roger - how is she? 

Claire - Im trying my best but so far, nothing.

Roger- I already have back upcoming. 

Claire - you need to save Amelia Ill be fine. 

Roger gives her a nod. He goes out to the stage where Gavin and Amelia are fighting. He pulls out his gun, ordering Gavin to freeze. He walks slowly over to him, but Roger's whole body is shaking and trembling.  His voice is shaking, and he sounds nervous. Gavin gives out a smirk; Roger comes orders him o turn around, placing his hands behind his back. As soon as Roger is about to place handcuffs on him, Gavin pulls out his gun to hide and shoot Roger in the chest. Rogers falls, and Amelia runs off. Lucian comes onto the stage to where Roger is. Roger is lying down on the ground, moaning in pain.  Lucian comes over to Rogers aide to help heal him. Amelia runs off while Gavin chases after her. 

Gavin - Run all you want to you, but you can't hide ( laughing and shooting the gun randomly )

Amelia runs all the way upstairs to the balcony.  She's out of breath, clenching onto her side. Gavin is right behind her; he points the gun at her. Amelia begins to breakdown crying.

Amelia - Gavin, I had enough, okay, I had enough! I can't take this anymore, so just kill me already instead of this torture. 

Gavin lowers the gun; he looks down at the floor for a minute before looking at her. 

Gavin -  You know a lot of people had hurt me, but  I didn't think you of out all people would hurt me. 

Amelia looks at him; she sees tears in his eyes. 

Gavin -  The theater is where we first meet, the first play that we did, our first kiss; this place holds so many memories for us  I even thought about. 

He pulls out a ring from his pocket. Amelia's face is in shock. 

Gavin -  But I guess that's hot now (tosses the ring over the balcony ). I loved you!  I care for you! I did everything for you, but instead, you betray me by sleeping with Steven.  

Amelia - I didn't mean to hurt you its happen. You have every right to be mad at me but hurting and killing people is not the answer. 

Gavin - you didn't give me another option! 

Amelia - So just going around killing people is the answer. 

Gavin- why didn't you take me back? 

Amelia - Why didn't you accept the fact that it is over! We have been done. I just couldn't deal with your shit anymore. It was killing me!  I tried so hard, but I just reached my breaking point. 

Gavin- oh. I see well; you won't be in pain much longer.

He aims the gun at Amelia, ready to shoot. Amelia ends up tripping over the balcony, falling until Luican manages to catch her right in time, gently landing on the stage.  Roger comes up to the balcony with back up right behind him. Gavin sees that he is outnumbered then surrenders.
