There once was a girl, Lets call her Moon. Moon was a very happy child, until her little brother was born when she turned 7. Her little brother, lets call him Star. Star took a lot of attention away from Moon, she soon became jealous.

However, Star became too hard to handle for their mother. Their mother became very abusive as did the father. The father however took it to an extent, he would beat both Moon and Star to the point where both of them would sob like no tomorrow.

Moon became very depressed cause she saw that her parents fought a lot, and thinking it was all her fault, she tried her best to study to get better grades, she even offered to take care of Star for her mother. Nothing worked, she tried intervening in the fights between her father and her mother, but it only resulted in her getting beat by her father.

When that did happen, her mother would scream even more because she was afraid of being accused of beating Moon, even if it was her father who was to blame. Moon saw that her own mother didn't care for her well-being, but other's opinions on whether she beat her or not. Years passed, Moon felt worse about herself, everyday she feels as if she is hated by everyone.

Even though she is well-known in school, and many people show likeness towards her, she still hears the voices in her head saying "Everyone hates you". Moon goes home trying to lighten the mood, but fails, she has basically lost all hope for life. She, unlike many others, just can't see the future for herself.

She hears everyone saying what college they're going to in the future, what job they'll have, but Moon hears the voices of her own parents saying "You'll NEVER amount to anything", "Retard", "Fuck you", "I hate you", etc, and she believes everything. Her best friend, Penellope tells her constantly that she is worth way more than she thinks, and Moon hears it, yet she doesn't believe it.

She's still scarred from her parents' ugly shouting that kept her awake as she lied in bed. She worries for Star, as he is still constantly beat by their father. She worries for him as well, even though he has beat her over the years, and has called her names, she worries for the fact that he is a work-ahollic. And lastly, she is scared for her mother, as her mother in past years, as a child was beat by her parents, and was neglected. By her brother, she was taunted and picked on, even beat before someone could help.

Moon saw the pain that her mother felt, but she couldn't forgive her anytime soon. Her mother committed what seemed way worse than physical abuse. Mental abuse. Moon had become phycotic due to her mother's actions.

A year later, after 7th grade was over, Moon wrote a good-bye letter, saying good bye to her dear brother Star, to strive in the future, her best friend Penellope, to go on without her, her dearest boyfriend, and many others who meant a lot to her.

She hung herself on the last day, because she couldn't find happiness anymore, anywhere.
