Sorry for going ghost for so long. I'm back now but don't expect a chapter to publish anytime soon. This story is currently being redone cause it got to a point where I didn't enjoy writing it. Daniel and Simon also been kinda updated but mainly Simon backstory/personality.

This is really all for now till I redo more chapters cause I only got chapter one rewrote.

What will happen will two awkward people cross paths?

Daniel Woods (17) grew up in a small town and never moved from his birth house. Sadly, His hometown is quite homophobic. No one speaks badly of the LGBT+ but everyone knows that what others think. Daniel is actually surprisingly happy about living in the town due to his parents being extremely supportive of him being bisexual and preferring guys. He is known to get beat up due to being 'gay' and all the pastel/female clothing he wears.

Simon Michaelson is a 17-year-old city kid. That is until his family is forced to move due to their job and kicked out of their home. He wasn't really happy about that but he would have been more okay if the whole area founded out that his parents lost their job and the landlord didn't want them there anymore. They are forced to find another house but instead of a cheaper home in the city, Simons family moves miles away from the city and into a small town. His parents are quite happy with the new place but what he saw on google about the town makes him worry about people finding out that he is gay.

This book was inspired by the story 'What if it's us' especially by how the chapters are set up. In the book, each chapter was 1 of the 2 main characters' points of view. I really liked that idea and thought that I should use it. The book 'what if it's us' is located at Barnes and Noble. I suggest reading it along with books that the 2 authors created. (yes, it was a collab/work on by two amazing authors.)
