Selma- I questioned the idea while I still had time back in high school but now, even if I finally found the answer, I am prisoner of fate.

Mom- Maybe it’s better to not think about those kinds of things and just accept what life has brought to you. I mean Daniel does love you and… I mean he is handsome.

Selma gets up to give her mom a hug.
