So he does like someone and he likes a dude. “Are you gay?”, I asked. Noel’s eyes widened, “What?” “I mean it’s okay if you are. You know I’ll love you no matter what.”, I said avoiding eye contact. “Yeah...I know, but coming out isn’t as easy as it seems.”, he said while looking away. I chuckled a little, “Well this was an interesting way of ‘coming out’.” Noel rolled his eyes and smiled, “Well this wasn’t how it was supposed to go but at the end of the day it was bound to happen.” “Oh yeah I bought back more tissues.”, he said while handing me the new box. “Thank you but i stopped crying.”, I said. I got up and walked towards Noel, “Oh yeah my mom wanted to talk to you. Hold on, I’ll go get my phone.” “Be quick.”, Noel said as I walked out of his room. I went downstairs to get my phone from my bag and called my mom. Before I left the house this morning, she told me that she knew I would head to Noel’s house after school so she told me to call her when I get there so she can talk to him. I’m not sure about what but I guess it’s not business if she didn’t tell me what it’s about.

I just used Charles as an excuse so that Aiden didn’t find out that I like him. I feel so ashamed of myself. How could I use one of my childhood friends as an excuse for my own benefit. Now he’s going to have to be a part of this mess and all because of me. Well he’ll have a nice welcome tomorrow. Aiden was coming up the stairs while talking on the phone, “Yeah I know don’t worry. I’ll hand over the phone to him, one sec. Noel, it’s my mom she wants to talk to you.” I grabbed the phone from Aiden’s hands, “Hello Ms. Crowell! How are you? Me too thank you. Umm for how long? I think that’s okay. She’ll be home next month. Yup the 25th! Okay, I can do that. No problem, anything for you guys! Okay bye have a nice day. You too!K bye.” I looked at Aiden’s face and I could tell he was curious and confused about what we talked about, “So i’m going to be your babysitter for a month!” Aiden’s eyes bulged out, “What are talking about?”
