"where the hell am i?"akira says as he looks at his surroundings for clues

and what he sees is regular buildings and stores and some people

he started thinking about the 'SYSTEM' and he remembered that it said his power is speed

'so sonic huh? or some i am faster than speed shit'

after that he wanted to test his power so he thought about activating it, he noticed that nothing changed in his body

he walked at normal speed

'well that's it really? I'm dead 'thought akira to himself

but he then saw a woman stopping mid step with her foot in the air

'is she doing the mannequin challenge. that's lame'

then he saw a car that was speeding freeze and he turned to see pedestrians stopping .

his eyes became wide and he opened his mouth

'wait what if this is my power, if everyone stops then I'm the fastest ,that's sick'

then he saw a pistol and a sword which looked cold and shiny

'Great but what do i do with this i don't know how to use it to it's full potential, and is the gun affected by my power or not?

well i guess we will see'

he thought as he grabbed the weapons and shot the gun in the sky, he could see the bullet but it was fast

then he deactivated his power and the gunshot was heard ,all the pedestrians looked horrified at his direction and they began to run as they saw him having a gun

'well let's go somewhere else to plan the future'

so akira activated his power and walked away

well i need to get some money first and enter an apartment

he walked to an uninhabited area in Z-City which is a large city . He then saw an empty abandoned building and he entered the second highest apartment because he didn't want to get a monster coming at him from the ground because he still doesn't have good reflexes so if he feels some vibration he can always use his ability

so he entered and saw that it had one regular room with  a bed and a bathroom and a kitchen .

"good enough for now"said akira as he wondered across the appartment .

well tomorrow is the day I will search for a place to train and find out a way to get some cash

after sleeping on the floor, Akira woke up, with his neck hurting

"Fuck ,my neck is killing me " said stretching his body

"ahh my body is still average i need to train ,at least I'm not fat "

'well some exercises will do for now'

he  began with some push-ups and squats until he got exhausted after resting for 2 hours he got out to see the environment
