Lugos is the political and military center of the Solarian Empire. It houses the Tower itself, as well as many other ancillary bases and training facilities. Because of this, it has the largest cities of all the regions and is a hub of immigration because it offers a wider-range of opportunities for artisans and business people. The most densely populated city is Tages.

Chromandae is the second largest power in the Solarian Empire. It is a center for higher learning, specializing in the humanities and engineering. They mostly focus on civil engineering and how to best provide for the public, such as the invention of magnet trains to provide public transportation.

Icaunus is actually a sea containing many small islands that aren’t well suited to habitation. The people of Icaunus live on the water. They have small family barges as well as larger community ones and some that house both a family and their business. They create cities by connecting the barges, though this is usually done temporarily, and a certain barge “city” can exist one week and disperse the next. They scavenge the smaller islands for food and resources, and therefore provide the Empire with precious metals and exotic cuisines when they visit ports of trade.

Panotii was once part of Atarrabi, but a devastating storm flooded most of the region several hundred years ago. Following this, the Solarian Empire led the relief efforts in the area and thus laid claim to it.

The claim on Atarrabi is tenuous, at best. It was the last territory conquered under the previous Legatus, but was never fully integrated into the Empire. The people of Atarrabi were once wanderers, and have a strong connection with their ancestral stories. Atarrabian tales, however, often differ from those told in other areas.
