“Like what?” I tilted my head, but she just smiled and shook her head before taking her from my arms.

I watched her walk away, probably taking her to her new room, while I sat on the floor.

I looked at my hands and saw that they were covered in black sparkles and I giggled, throwing them into the air and watching them fall around me.

My mommy loves me so much.

She shows me magic tricks and plays hide and seek with me. She's really good at it, I never seem to find her. She's even given me the biggest room in the castle! It's all by itself; I need the space because I'm a big girl. She was really glad to give it to me.

She says that I'm special and that I'm really strong. But when I get in trouble, I get sent to my room. I don't remember anything after that, just that I wake up hurt the next day. Mommy just says that we ran around the garden until we both got really tired.

I love my mommy!

I giggled as I felt someone pick me up and set me onto their hip.

“Hey there little bell.” Naomi greeted me, poking my nose.

“Hi Mimi,” I giggled.

She frowned at me before pulling a handkerchief from her pocket and wiped my face. “Why do you have all of this stuff on your face?”

“It's mommy’s magic, right?” I asked and she sighed before nodding. “Isn’t it pretty?”

“Very,” she frowned before carrying me off to my room for a nap.
