Journal Entry #5

My son was born today.

Becca wants me to name him. I never imagined that I would be a father. I want to protect my son from this Universe. I want him to create happiness for himself and not wait for a Goddess to bring him salvation.

That’s why I have been working on a spaceship. It will carry us away from Holly’s Woods. We will inform people of the myth of the Goddess.

My last name is Everlight. It means a long-lasting light. I love my son. I want others to love him.

I will protect him and tell him the truth of this Universe one day.

I will name him after my father, Davis.
