Rheuban Waters is an upcoming high school senior who adores soccer with all of his being. After ending his last season early due to an injury, he's coming back to school with the hopes of becoming the captain for his team.

Alex Whiteman has just transferred into the school for his senior year from a private boarding school in Hawaii. He's lost his passion for the sport due to the endless whining from his parents to participate in team sports. He's just trying to make it through the year so he can finally go to college and do what he pleases.

When their paths cross on one fateful day at the neighborhood soccer field, will they be able to help each other achieve their goals?
