A few days have passed and I've fully moved into my dorm, Aaron has been kind enough to make breakfast for us in the morning and let me say, his cooking is outstanding; he could definitely make a career out of it if he so chooses.
Today is my first day of class, so I'm rather nervous about who I'm seated next to, I did my daily routine of showering, getting dressed and putting on my music before I left, I said goodbye to picture of my mom, telling her I'd make her proud before finally leaving my room.
Today was an important day, so I hurried along to my first class, taking my seat in the far back corner in hopes of not being seen. Suddenly however a group of people entered the classroom, they had begun making their way towards the back near where I was... all of them were giants compared to me, I had a reason to feel intimidated but... all that went away the moment I saw him.
He was tall with light brown hair and beautifully deep blue eyes, he had a build that made my heart race and caused me to blush a bright shade of red. Soon the group sat next to me, that man was two seats away from me.
“You excited for that party tonight?” One of them said, the other responding with excitement, I had heard about this party they were referring to, Sarah Wilkins was having a party at one of her families clubs, she's this preppy girl that all the girls want to be and all the guys want to date... well... most of the guys, anyway, everyone was invited... well almost everyone, anyone who was deemed popular got the chance to go.
“Hey, you, kid with the glasses” I heard one of the jocks say “you coming to the party?” He said, this caused me to look up at who was speaking, it was a tall guy with curly red hair, I think his name was David? “I uh... wasn't invited” I said, hoping he would leave me alone, “well, wanna join us? Wouldn't wanna leave a little dude like you bored tonight” he said with enthusiasm, “We don't mind scoring you an invite.” he quickly noted. “Sure” I said, not really remembering that I hate parties and more focusing on getting back into my own bubble. “Take your seats everyone, class is in session” the teacher barked out, everyone took their seats and my conversation was finally over.
