Bakary went to the 3rd floor of the library just as Haru had asked but when he got there he didn't see Haru anywhere.
He sat down by himself and a few students who were passing by said hi. Bakary started to feel annoyed after waiting for almost 10minutes. Maybe Haru's intention was not to show up at all he thought to himself.
Just when Bakary was about to leave Haru rushed to where Bakary was seated.
"Sorry" Haru whispered as he placed his bag on the table and took out a few books "I had no idea I had class cleaning duties today"
"That's alright"
When Haru finally settled down the two of them sat quietly for what seemed like an eternity flipping through books.
"I think I know what our essay should be about!" Haru said excitedly
"Better be good" Bakary replied
"I think we should do it on agriculture," Haru said
"That seems fucking boring," Bakary said "Why can't we do it on Religion or some shocking topic"
"I am not going to write a 20-page essay on religion," Haru said
"Okay fine but if it doesn't work out we go my route"
"Whatever let's just look for some books we can take home now, "Haru said
The two boys went into the agriculture section and picked out some books that they checked out of the library.
"I think today was pretty productive," Haru said as they walked out of the library
"When should we meet next?" Bakary asked
"I'm actually not sure but for now let's just try and meet twice a week" Haru replied
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BAKARY!" a bunch of girls screamed as they walked past Bakary
"Todays your birthday?" Haru asked
"No its actually tomorrow" Bakary replied
"Oh ok well I'm leaving now," Haru said and walked away
"Wait," Bakary said quickly "I'll be heading out with a couple of the other guys from class to celebrate tomorrow evening do you wanna come?"
"Sorry I can't, stuff to do" Haru replied quickly
"Is it because of your dog?"
"No, I really just have stuff to do," Haru said then turned around and kept walking
