Q&A:

K: "..... is the main character dad gon die" Answer: I don't want to spoil the story but, there should be a twist in events with the family dynamic. 

A: "How long has the mother been getting abused? Is Monica secretly in love with Jason?" Answer: Over the course of 20 years-  from a previous relationship before Monica and Jason's dad and during being with Monica and Jason's dad. (1 and a half years from an ex and 18 and a half years from current relationship- it wasn't/isn't everyday just over the course of 20 years). Monica isn't secretly in love with Jason BUT, she is confused on what she wants. Meaning she doesn't want Jason but she wants someone like Jason ( how he is with/towards her etc). So when she is around him part of her be in the clouds, which comes across as feelings for him even though that's her brother.

S: "What motivated you to write this story" Answer: Growing up I always liked how words can convey emotions and paint situations in your mind. So, I could do the simplest things (like look in a mirror) and come up with this story full of the different situations life throws at us and so happen people from different walks of life can relate to or want to know more about. *To answer your question, I just wanted to write something that a lot of people can relate to and enjoy. 

K: "What made you write this novel- what inspired you" Answer: To be honest with you, I literally just looked in the mirror and was checking out how I looked and this thought popped in my head- "What if there is a world behind this mirror? And they watch us and are the exacted opposite of us...." etc. My mother was agreeing with me and adding her piece. Than I came to a realization that I should write this as a book and it just took off from there. Me literally staring at my reflection in the mirror inspired me, plus me having the imagination that I have.

S: "Can you relate to any of the characters in the story" Answer: Yes, pieces of who they are parts of me. Now overall as a character each one are they own person, its just that a few of their traits are very similar to my traits and the rest are from my imagination.

K: "How long does it take you to write a book- where do you get your information or ideas for your novel" Answer: To be honest, I can't answer that because I'm still writing this story (ToT lol). From my thoughts and just planed out fake situations I guess. (Sources of information may change as story progresses and I if need more inspiration).

S: "Who are the expected audience for this story- Like who would you recommend to read this story" Answer: I would recommend "mature" people to read this, like 13+  ( because there are times when things are "PG-13/R" with the language, "romance between characters", violence etc). 

L: "Question. Is Jason going to kidnap Monica and run away across the world- start a family? Is Jason bipolar?" Answer: I don't want to spoil the story but, if he would kidnap Monica eventually she would be okay with it- No, Jason and Monica wouldn't have biological children together.
