Chapter 1: Part 2 (Terri's POV)

Chapter 1: Part 2 (Terri's POV)

Sep 28, 2020

So, basically her father saved mine during the Corinaci war with some of our neighbors. Needless to say, the empire of Corinaci is no more. Back to the topic at hand, Willow is not very happy about the interview at all. But her father said so and she does everything he says.

Oh, I haven’t introduced him yet have I. Willow’s father is General Issac the greatest hero in the past seventeen generations of my kingdom’s birth. There are two great achievements; saving my father and the Corinaci assault.

The Corinaci assault was when General Issac took two hundred men charged the Corinaci palace successfully defeating one thousand Corinaci troops and captured the royal family. Saving my father was during the second year of this eight-year war.

During the harsh winter, my father was deployed to the Zynovia canyon along with General Issac who was a private at the time. Suddenly on the twenty-ninth day there was an attack from Corinaci. Mind you this was a supply stop; probably the reason why my father (an heir to the kingdom) was stationed there. Private Issac was given the responsibility to take the Prince to Fort Nori.

Somehow, they survived the harsh wilderness and snow as well as made it to Fort Nori. When they arrived, something had changed in the Prince. He was no longer a stern man, but a kind and gracious person. Whatever happened there will always be a mystery to everyone except them.

After that, Private Issac was given acres of land and a promise. If he were to have children, they would be eligible to marry heirs of the throne. Anyway, that’s the reason for the dilemma I’m facing at the moment.

Currently, I am hiding in my room at the moment, but who knows when Willow will show up. So I plan on making a false trail and hiding in my closet. I am absolutely sure that she will not find me. After all, I am a genius adventurer (in the making), and I wouldn’t be an adventurer if I was found quickly.
