Aiden~

I’m going to live with Aiden for a month! To be honest, I’m kind of excited. I mean who wouldn’t want to live with their bestfriend. Even though it’s only temporary and for a short amount of time, it’s still something I should enjoy because I'm sure I won't get another opportunity like this. Noel is a very fun guy to hang out with and he’s an easy target to make fun of but it’s all jokes. He’s short, has fuzzy hair, pretty skinny...did I say short already? “Are you hungry?”, Noel asked. “A little bit.”, I replied. Noel pulled over to the side of the road, “Do you have anything in particular that you want to eat?” I sat there thinking for a hot second, “How about we go to a buffet?” “Sounds good!”, Noel said as he was making a U-turn. After a few minutes of silence in the car, we finally arrived at the buffet. We both entered and waited for our seats. “I hope this doesn’t take long.”, Noel said as he sat down on the couch. I walked towards him and sat next to him, “Why? Got anything important to do?” Noel took out his phone and checked the time, “No but we do have school tomorrow and I have to get your room ready. We can’t go to sleep too late.” “Then why don’t I just sleep in your room?”, I suggested.

“Then why don’t I just sleep in your room?” I looked at Aiden shocked, “My room? Nah, the floor is too uncomfortable.” Aiden laughed, “Why would I sleep on the floor? We can both fit on your bed, it’s pretty big.” A few girls walked passed us and one of them gasped. They started gossiping and giggling. “The hell are they laughing for?” Aiden asked confused. I chuckled, “They might have heard you wrong, you idiot.” Aiden was flustered. After a minute or two, the girls left but two started walking towards me and Aiden. They were both shorter than me. “Hello! I’m Emmy and this is Lisa.”, one of the girls said as she pointed to the girl next to her. Aiden looked at me then back up at Emmy, “Um okay?” I nudged him, giving him the signal saying that what he said was rude, “I’m Noel and this is Aiden.”
