(Angel's POV)
We were in the school hall again, this time practicing defense against each other. I was partnered up with Akire, just practicing blocking attacks, I looked out the corner of my eye to see Gamer reading over that same page the thirteenth time now- Akire punched me right in the jaw "Holy shit, you alright?" Akire asked "Yeah" I wiped the blood off my mouth as Erik walked over "Pay attention Angel" Erik said as I rolled my eyes. His attention went to Gamer "Gamer! Here, now" Gamer put the book down and walked over "Akire, your new partner is Dark. Gamer, you're with Angel" Akire signed as she walked over to Dark. "Ready?" I asked "Yeah... let's just get this over with" Gamer groaned. I started to attack, Gamer being able to just block my attacks until I punched him in the arm "Fuck!" Gamer hissed, holding his arm "Sorry" "Its okay" "...you're much faster than me, I'm guessing tonight is making you nervous" Gamer nodded his head as Erik told everyone that class was over. "The faster this day finishes, the more anxiety I feel" "Well if tonight doesn't go as planned, you can always walk through a shadow to get out" "Yeah, but that'd only leave the others stuck, well kind of...." I raised an eyebrow "Ever since we got those books from Ianthe... Death's been helping me try this one thing... opening a shadow door to let other people through as well" Gamer whispered. "I didn't know that was a thing" "Me either, it made me think the book was just bullshit until I found something" Gamer motioned me to follow him to where he put the book down. He opened it to the very last page where two signatures inked the page, dated ØØ23 "This book was written by Katarina Akumi and Lilith Eclipse" I looked at Gamer in disbelief "The very first Eclipse and the first shadow walker black council member wrote this book and there's only one copy of it" "And it just so happens to be the book Ianthe gives you?" Gamer nodded his head. "Who wrote the book you got?" "A reaper named Torstein-" the very first Reaper "What does this mean?" "It means that the Royal family and Ianthe are planning something" I looked at the signature again "We do not tell anyone else about this, keep it between us" I told Gamer as he nodded his head before I walked off to the girls' changerooms....

(Gamer's POV)
Me, Death, Anti and Dark snuck into the school to get the journal out Leo's P.E locker, we're in the boy's P.E locker room now "This one" Dark pointed at the locker "Alright Gamer, work your magic" Anti smiled. I held the combination pad lock, dark green smoke started to surround it as I began to concentrate. I spun the dial to the right until it clicked, then to the left, click, back to the right, click, then finally back to the left til the final click as the pad lock came off. "Good job Gamer" Anti patted my back as I opened the locker and took the journal, closing the locker "Now we just have to get out before-" an alarm interrupted Dark "Shit!" "Out the back, go!" Death harshly whispered. We ran to the back door of the locker room "Its locked!" Dark said, trying to pry the door open "Uh... Gamer, shadow walkers travel through shadows, think you can use your powers to get all of us out?" Death asked "I... can try?" I walked over to the shadow near the door, using the same power I use to walk through shadows, but multiplying it by a hundred... I've been trying learn how to do this all term, but its too hard to keep it up. "Go, but quickly" I warned, the guys went through before I followed them afterwards, soon walking out of a tree's shadow near the our dorm house, I stumbled a bit, tired and almost drained "Gamer" Death whispered, helping me walk into the dorm house. Dark and Anti ran into one room (Dark and Death's room) while me and Death went into another (Anti and Gamer's room), quickly shutting the door, both of us leaned on it, out of breath, hearing the school alarm in the distance. "Holy shit, that was close- you still have the journal, right?" Death whispered "Yeah, right here" I showed him in journal, then threw it onto my bed "You're fucking amazing!" Death hugged me, wrapping his arms around my waist as my arms were around his neck, Death looked down at me, realizing how close we are to each other, my back was against the door. Death leaned in and for some reason I did too, just before our lips went to touch someone knocked on the door "Gamer? Death? You guys in there?" it was Anti. Death and I backed away from each other "U-um... I'll see you tomorrow" Death said "Y-yeah" I opened the door to let Anti in "See ya Anti" "Bye-Death?" Death was out and already in his room. Anti closed the door as I sat down on my bed, hugging my legs "What's with him?" Anti asked "Promise you wont laugh? You'll be serious?" "Of course-Gamer? What happened?" Anti sat down on my bed in front of me "U-um"........

(Dark's POV)
I was sitting on my bed- Death opened and closed the door, regret painted on his face as he paced back and forth "Death? You alright?" he didn't answer, just quietly nervously mumbling to himself "Death" his little rambling got a little bit louder. I got up and grabbed his arm "Death. What's wrong?".....
