For those of you who dont know heres a quick definition of the Hanahaki disease:
Victims of this disease are said to spit flowers/flower petals out of their mouth. Usally caused by one sided love, it can only be cured if the love is returned (romanticly), or if the victim dies. The flowers can also be surgically removed
