Beth Previtti
"Pose, pose, whoops!" - Lorena cheers smiling as I move my hips from side to side with a flirtatious smile and for the grand finale I wink at her mischievously. - Hey Beth, you look gorgeous. - smile.
I look at myself in the large mirror of the academy, I am wearing tight black leather pants, a red sleeveless top and a black leather jacket, my heels are matching the top. I bite my lower lip, my lips are covered in a deep red, my black hair falls on my back perfectly straight and the gray and blue color of my eyes is highlighted by the black outlines.
-He should be. - I let out a slight laugh causing her to join this one.
"Beth!" A female voice echoes in my ears, Lorena's face changes as if she has seen a ghost. As I turn around, I find myself full, her hands are on her hips and she has the weight of her body to the side of her hip.
-Oh hello. - I salute confused.
"What kind of mess have you created in my office?" "She seems annoying." - Fuck! I purse my nose and lips.
-I do not know what are you talking about.
-Oh no? And why does one of the walls say "With love, Beth"?
"You're out of all the presentations and events, I don't want to see you here for a while!" She yells annoyed turning to leave.
"Ilene, for the love of God it was just a little joke!" I complain, rolling my eyes to go after her.
"Vandalizing your principal's office is no little joke, Beth."
—But I've only pasted some small photos of you. - I smile innocently, flicking my eyelashes quickly.
"I want you out!"
"You're old enough to grow up Beth, your father has been paying for you to be a good girl and I can't let this get out of control."
"Exactly, you are nineteen years old and you can be responsible for yourself but as long as you are registered here, the rules are mine."
I roll my eyes and turn around in surrender, listening as Ilene returns to her office. Upon reaching the living room again, Lorena looks at me intrigued to know what happened but I just snort loudly.
"Has she expelled you?" "Question."
"You've heard that I can't participate in anything." - I say with annoyance. She makes a face showing compassion. -You know what? I will not kill my head, I will only miss some sessions and some events and about the events I can get through. ”I sketch a smile that seems to be contagious because Lorena looks at me curiously.
-You're right.
"I don't know Beth, I have an early session tomorrow." - again apologizes.
-Okay, I got it. - I smile slightly.
-I'm truly sorry.
—It doesn't matter, we look petite.
-Goodbye.
I get up taking my bag and leave the institution. I look for my car keys, a red Mini Cooper, I open it and go to go inside but my pocket suddenly vibrates. I roll my eyes in annoyance at the name on the screen.
-Dear Dad. - I reply without encouragement.
"Hello to you too, dear." - Her voice is so annoying to me sometimes.
"I'm about to go into a very important photo shoot, I'll mark you later." - a laugh is heard before I can hang up the phone.
-Dad...
"Beth, I want you to give up your fucking childhood, you're nineteen."
"And you're forty-six and you can't be a responsible father." - I answer annoyed. I hear how he sighs and falls silent.
"I'll be in Toronto next week."
"I don't care if you never come as long as you keep maintaining." The words come out of my mouth without any kind of processing.
—Beth. - Sighs frustrated.
"Have fun in Paris."
And without further ado I hang up. I put the phone in my pocket and get in the car, it's around six in the afternoon and it's already getting dark. Going for a drink alone in a bar doesn't seem like a good idea to me so I take out my phone again and call Sergio.
-Hi cute. - She answers with a shrill voice.
"Guessing." - She says excitedly and I smile, she is always interested in what happens to me.
"I've been suspended from the academy." - I pout even though he can't see me.
-Yes. - sigh.
"What have you done, Betty Boo?" He says now more calm but serious.
"Maybe I've posted some pictures of Ilene naked or with her boyfriend on her office walls." - a grimace thinking that that sounds something wrong. All I hear is a laugh on the other end of the phone.
"Okay pretty, that was wrong." - She says laughing and I smile again.
-Voucher. - She says and then I just hang up without removing the smile from my face.
