Everything around me was darkness, and what was once a warmth, was now a bitter cold.

"WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!"

'Is that a crying baby..?' I thought. 'Am I not dead..?'

*HUFF* *scrunch* *PUFF* *scrunch* *HUFF* *scrunch* 

*PANT* *scrunch* *PANT* *scrunch* *GASP* *scrunch*

'It sounds like someone is running in the snow...'

"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" 

'God damn... there's that baby screaming! It's so loud! I wish it would just shut u-'

"WAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! WAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH"

'wait... wait a second... IT SOUNDS LIKE I'M THE ONE WHO'S MAKING THE BABY NOISES! WHY AM I CRYING LIKE A BABY?!?!'

*HUFF* *scrunch* *PUFF* *scrunch* *HUFF* *scrunch*

'Now that I think about it, those sounds just now... it sounds like someone is running in the snow... carrying me? Even though it is freezing cold out... there seems to be a comforting warmth... but that's impossible! I mean I would have to be the size of a bab-!' I stopped myself.

'No, it's... it's impossible...' I thought once more.

I tried opening my eyes to confirm my suspicion... a part of me was hopeful... while another part of me was a little scared. As I continued trying to open my eyes I found it very difficult to do so. 

*PANT* *scrunch* *PANT* *scrunch* *GASP* *scrunch*

After trying so hard to open my eyes, I succeeded, and the fist thing that I saw was the night sky as snow slowly fell down to the surface.
